They do not respond their phone, nor emails. I bought them over 2,000 of an expensive tile, they were two boxes short when delivered and it has been 3 weeks of me calling and trying to get in touch with the, When I drove tot heir store to inquire about it they promised they would find out and call me back and never did.

The best!! Some of the lowest prices and a huge selection of tile in their showroom! They have tiles you will not see anywhere else in Miami and I even a got a quote for installation. I am very happy with my new tile. Highly recommend.
