This Home Depot is ethically questionable. Are they hiring only individuals who are significantly error prone? Eighty percent of the time I check out, I am over-charged on my bills. Items are constantly being rung in twice. My most recent visit, I questioned how my bill could be $482.00? The cashier said "things add up quickly". Thats correct, especially when you charge for two times for a $169 garbage disposal. Its curious that they dont seem to double or triple overcharge for items under $5.00. One visit, I bought many things for my home remodel; I was charged for seven light fixtures when I had only checked through four! Check your receipts over and over again! This location is the closest for me, but it is now not worth the travel convenience as this store is compensating themselves hundreds of dollars for NO products or services. This is stealing isnt it?

this home depot has a special department in its store, where u can find an entire staff of INCOMPETENT IDIOTS. seriously, is it that hard to hire people who actually care about their position enough to know their responsibilities? DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED THEM TO DO SOMETHING THAT REQUIRES COGNITIVE ABILITIES, THEY WILL SIMPLY PASS YOU OFF TO THE NEXT BUMBLING FOOL DOWN THE LINE. their contractor service desk and customer service dept. are deplorable, and the cashiers do not know their job beyond swiping items across the scanner and telling you your total, they cannot do anything beyond that, if you need them to, they will just tell you no, its not possible, theres "no button on the screen". if i could give this 0 stars i would!

Worst service ever spend 30 minutes in lumber needed to buy two plywood and have them cut. put the wood on the cart with the help of an associate without a badge he said he would call someone to cut for me. Another lady saw me by the saw and called someone and twenty minutes later no one came. As I walk out of the store five associates standing by the self checkouts told them about it. they did not even apologize they just looked spaced out. Upss the manager is over there that is all they said. Will never return to this store.

I dont know is Kiki Richardt is a manager but she is ghetto and rude . I made an order online to pick up my order and When I call about my order she hung up on the phone on me. Then they had the nerve to cancel my order after they had my order prepared 3 hours after the pick up order.This store is full of a lot of uneducated , rude, ghetto employees . They cant just be hiring anyone because it reflects on the the customers satisfaction. I just made my order on Lowes and didnt had this issue at all.

I needed some help in garden area, i couldnt find anyone to help me for a long while. A manager came to me and told me he would get someone to help me....20 mins later an elderly lady came to help me load my truck with the flowers I bought. She was really nice and told me dont worry about the manager telling her to load my flowers, she said that was her job. I went inside to talk to anther manager about it and they told me that would not happen again.

Staff reminds me of that Credit Monitoring commercial. We are just here to observe your problems, not to try to help. I got a phone call canceling my online order. Asked "Is it available at another Store?" Response, "I dont know." Will you be getting more in? " The system doesnt tell me that."

9 out of 10 times you cant find anyone who will help you. Employees often avoid eye contact. You need to do your research on internet first, then use the Home Depot App on your phone to help locate the isle and bin of the things you are looking for.

The prices were great but the employee in drywall area was bit inept. He was not to concerned with assisting me load drywall on to the proper cart but was more focused on making reprehensible comments

Great prices, product assistance, and customer service. Check out associate is amazing; helped bypass issue with the chip card reader and successfully processed my purchase with an alternate method.
