Rente una maquina y cuando fui a devolverla tuve que esperar hasta 50 minutos para que me atendieran, y me pase 20 minutos de la hora pactada,por lo cual me querían cobrar una multa de $ 60 cuando la renta por un día sale $75. Si contamos la otra espera que el manager y la supervisora revisaban los videos para saber exactamente la hora que yo había entrado, tuve allá dentro como hora y media, por su puesto esa demora en la atención yo no pude cobrarles y después de larga discusión logre una reducción al 50%. Cabe destacar que era el viernes negro y era complicado hasta estacionar. Pero a ellos no les importo. Es increíble, que siendo yo contratista , el 60 % de mi presupuesto en los proyectos sr dejo a ellos , porque compro todo los materiales a home depot. Me traten de esta manera. Puedes hacerlo, Podemos ayudarte. OLVIDATE!!!!!

I normally shop here at least once a week. Spending on adverage $300.0 My usiual trip goes something like this, After waiding through the trash strewn parking lot, saying NO to all the day laborers in the parking lot. Watch out for the ileagly parked vehicles in the fire lane. I walk inside and grit my teeth, Nothing is where it should be, no one really knows where things are ( I have never been to a place that has so many folks working for them that dont know anything). When I finally find what I am looking for now comes the real challange Checking out, One lane with a cashier and the rest are self checkout, they also check you out at the service desks. What a nightmare! On adverage it takes 15-20 miniuts to check out. Oh yes dont ever rent a pressure cleaner from then the two times I did They would not run for more than 2-3 min, lots of fun when you are on the roof and it quits. Today 08/13/2009 I watched the manager Arange a box display, he turned and walked off and a staff person came over and re arainged the same display. To make a long story short I Will NEVER shop at this Home Depot again. I will buy my supplies in broward county and drive them to Miami-Dade.

I dont usually post to these things but had mediocre experience today. I was initially excited to discover this location because it seems like a pretty good stocked store for Home Depot (I think on the whole Lowes has slightly better inventory) which is 10 minutes closer to me than Lowes. I have never tried to go to one of the workshops that are offered at home improvement stores but I tried to go to a workshop today for the first time. When I got there the greeter had no idea where the workshop was, and the folks at customer service had no idea where the workshop was. I went to the section where they thought the workshop would be, and the staff at that location had no idea what I was talking about. On the whole it was a waste of my time which is not very respectful and it gave the impression to me that the staff is not very knowledgable. But a better than average Home Depot.

I have been buying at this store for years. This weekend I bought a set of tools, when I came home and opened the box I found a surprise, the box was filled with water bottles. Went back to the store and the NEW store manager decided not to return my money or get another tool set. After calling the cops filing a report and even calling customer service and wasting 3 hours of my day, the NEW store manager still decided no to do anything about my situation. Customer care took care of me at the end of the day. NEW store manager DARWIN SOTO thanks for treating an old customer like a lying thief. I am really disappointed after this situation at this store.

I asked a gentlemen to help me look get a stair post . He said they didnt have any. And left. He answered my questions and left. All the way to the end theres was one. And I wanted it. So I see another home depot employees and I ask them, can you help me. They go look for the same guy who helped me before. He comes real close to me and trys to confront me. Like hes about to fight me because I said he was not helpful. I was actually scared. Im not sure what they told him but I really dont appreciate that fact that he came at me. This is probably the worst Home Depot ever. Customer service wise. Theres too different things between helped and helpful.

Lots of stuff. More than you think exist. The personnel is a bit lost, nobody shows up to help when you need them. Even when they do, its like watching a cartoon. They sure can tell you where to find stuff, but god help you if you need some guidance with the tools. They start turn to each other asking questions. If you can, find the most experienced workers to help you.

I moved to this area 2 years ago, this is the worst Home Depot out of 25+ Home Depots I have ever been too, beyond the rude employees, that even after you prove them wrong about stock, still lie to you, the store never has what you need in stock, especially with plumbing, and is just dirty... save your time and just go to the byscane store.

They really suck. They screw up my special order 3 times. Then I waited for 2 hours for the manager Denise only for someone to tell me she was not in the store. Manager Latoya offered me a discount which is a joke for a completely damage item. 3 months to get closet doors and over 4 months to get kitchen counters. They are awful

I lost my wallet while I was getting readdy to purchase a fridge. It was an awful feeling that someone would snatched my wallet in second notice by the customer service area and the manager couldnt review the camera same night to see who did it. Be careful around holidays at that store you might end up in the negative.

Called to buy product and OMG Daniell answered... With a smile in her voice she directed my call to the dept needed.. NO 1 answered.. Still driving and on the call daniell Came back twice! Then she handled business herself... When I walked into the store she had a smile and what I needed with my name on it at the counter

Employees are lazy didnt want to cut the wood claimed saw was broken there was no twine outside when loading cars and every employee didnt want to help me get some! and 4 employees sat by the lumber door watching me struggle to load my vehicle the employees here can go f|_|ck them selves for be lazy @ss b!tches
