Went in on a Saturday after Ace Hardware recommended them for parts to connect my water softener drain line. Doug took his time to help me (a non-pro) and gave me a few ideas. The price was better than the big box stores, so I dont understand the comment about the 300% mark-up another reviewer posted. If I need plumbing parts, I will definitely be coming back here.
