Terrible experience with ordering custom French doors from this Home Depot. I dont usually give bad reviews ,but if I was the Store manager here , I would want to know when poor service is given. We ordered French doors mid May and once our card was swiped, we were told it would take 6-8 weeks. When they FINALLY arrived, the day of install, we were told they were damaged. That took another 3 weeks to fix the damage. Then the only way they would communicate is via email even after requesting Cheryl who handles this situation to call us. Never called back. This is extremely frustrating to not actually talk to someone about our problem. We even went into the store only to find out her hours conflicted with our work schedule. We asked the gentlemen who helped us order the doors to have her call us and never a return call. 3 weeks later the doors are delivered to our home only to find out they are the WRONG doors ( oh, and after choosing the hardware with the guys at mill works in Home Depot, they never ordered my door handles!) . The poor installer caught an earful once we found out they were the wrong doors. He politely points out that this door company does in fact paint doors (for a small upcharge) after we requested white doors and were told unfortunately no , by two different people at Home Depot. Then you dont verify and check if we even got the right doors until they got to our house. How does this happen ? Do you guys not have checks and balances? This was the most frustrating and ridiculous lack of care by a company Ive ever encountered. Good thing for us there is a LOWES 100 yards away right across the street as I will never use this Home Depot again.

I used to shop at this place often, 2-3 times a week! The other night my girlfriend and I went shopping for a new rug and patio furniture. As we walking thru a main isle I got a sharp strong pain in my foot. When I looked down it was a long tek screw that had gone through my shoe and into my foot . I immediately pulled the screw out And blood started dripping everywhere ! My girlfriend called out to 2 employees That took their time to come over and see what was going on . They began joking about the matter and said that it was nothing ,Just a scratch ! They then called a manager ,Which took more than 5 minutes for her to come . My girlfriend looked around to see where the screw could of came from . It wound up being dropped by the remodel crew which all employees including the assistant manager admitted because there was a small handful of the same screw that was in my foot. The screw 1 into my foot about a 1/2 inch And was very painful . It has been 4 days after the incident and still no follow up what do ever. I had to take the next day off of work because my foot was so sore . It big-time inconvenience and still no follow up .

Very dissapointing. Location nearest me doesnt do tool or equipment rental so I had to use this location over 30 min away. Get there, rent a trencher, halfway through my day it stops working, I obviously dont own one so am not familiar with what the problem could be, I call the location & instead of giving me simple things to check for the problem, they insist I have to bring it in, wasting almost 2 hours of my day & gas. .. it was a rock stuck that I didnt see. Do you think I received a response when I asked "Couldnt you have recommend to check that over the phone? " not even willing to budge on return time or anything. Did I mention how pleasant & helpful they are? Not so much. Then when returning was charged an even higher rate then was quoted when checking out the trencher that same morning.

Kind & helpful agents everytime we go there. One time we asked for a manager, because we had quit a difficult problem to be solved, where the agent could not help. Though the manager had to walk almost down the entire store, it was less than 5 minutes we could talk to her. Once we had a return, valued more than $220.- it was handled so smooth, in less than 5 mins. we didnt expect. Can highly recommend this Home Depot to anyone

No joke. 3 sperate occasions 1. Asked if they carry cedar 2x6. Response: " cedar, is that a kind of wood?" 2. Asked where the 8ft 2x3 are. Response: " dont know that we carry them, but we can cut a 2x4" 3. Asked, do you carry kiln dried 2x4x12s: answer " nope". My response, the lumber is wet to the touch, their answer: " yup its green". So incredibly frustrated with this location. Going elsewhere to shop. Annoyed

Competitive variety and pricing, friendly and helpful staff. Multiple tool, equipment, and truck rental experiences have been positive. HDX brand generally proves to be good value for the cost. I stop in here once a week on average. At present, easier store accessibility than the Lowes across the street. My boston terrier loves the "dog friendly" policy.

Very friendly! Great experience with Ron! He helped me find the right parts to get my water purification system correctly installed. It was very stressful getting my water purifier in the mail with parts not compatible with my water valves, but thanks to Ron and his expertise at Home Depot my install went smooth!

Most unorganized store I have been to in a long time. Every time I order for pick up , they never have it ready by the stated time. Was given a 2 hr time frame, showed up after 2.5 hrs, no one had even pulled the items I had purchased.
