Thought this place was great at first. Ordered cabinets, baseboards, crown, etc. Cabinets came damaged and missing pieces. BMO tried to get out of replacing their own mistakes at every turn. Had to go directly to CFA cabinetry to have them call Eli, to have him order the correct parts at the correct price. Not only was he telling me I needed to repurchase something that was not my liability, he was trying to have me order much more than necessary. Very sleazy Bought my quartz from Aracruz even though we had it picked out at BMO. I will never do business with BMO, nor would I recommend them. On the other hand, CFA cabinetry and Aracruz were both extremely helpful and great to work with. Avoid BMO at all costs

Terrible selection, no refunds on anything even if you find concealed damage. They told me I could return something over the phone then when I drove all the way back they refused. They have a ton of junk - odds and ends, but not enough of anything to complete a project with. The lady at the desk even said she would give me credit, then after I found something after searching for 2 hours, she changed her mind. Poor selection, poor quality, poor service. I wont be back...and I am a general contractor with 25 years experience in the valley.

Shopped here before and had a hard time finding enough of one item to do the job for my construction business. Today I called to see if they could tell me if they had 30 inch exterior doors. Person was very rude and said "I dont have time to be your personal shopper". I will never shop here again and will take my construction business to Home Depot or some place where they are not so rude and have some customer service. I have told people about this place in the past but will direct them to other businesses from now on.

Their prices are not low for cabinets. They also dont tell you able their 20% surcharge thats on top of their already high prices. We paid $350 for cabinets with sink and counter top when Home Depot sells them for less and better quality. I would get a complete quote before heading over there so you understand their exact fees. Not very friendly their either. Oh, NO REFUNDS at all.

They have A LOT of stuff, cheep. :) Be careful at the counter... i was over charged on price per foot, they measured them longer then they actually were, and charged a 12% "buyer premium" :er The refund was correct :) Despite all that...they were still cheaper than home-depot, but clearly not as friendly. bring a tape mesure--they do have yard sticks there for you. -bk

They have some good prices but you MUST know exactly what you want. If they help you with your purchase you may end up with materials you cant use. I needed up being give faucets that dont work with the sinks I purchased from them and they will not let you return them. They also charge an additional 12% fee for all purchases that you might miss as well.

I still use this place for discount pieces. You can find one offs and use them. Doors and random trim are cheap. Bulk trim or cabinets not as much. Ive noticed the prices are going up and can get better at some direct moulding suppliers. Prices at the Minnesota location are better .

Crazy options. Limited selection but a large quantity to select from. There are many things from doors, windows, tile, cabinets and countertops. There is the base price of the product plus a 12% consignment fee plus tax.

Complete joke! Everytime I buy something from this place its broke, chipped, misboxed, missing parts! I am so done!! Cheap but not worth the headache!! Customer service is nonexistant!!

Cabinets overpriced. Large selection of doors, Windows. Rude staff. I would only come here if I needed faucets.
