Long story short, I was disappointed with the service I received from their delivery man. I talked to manager Orlando Rivas and he remedied the problem on his own time. I was so plesaed that he took it upon himself to rectify the situation. He showed a degree of integrity that seems to be disappearing from our life landscape. Good man. Great customer service.
