I had always assumed that Home Depot and Lowes would have cheaper prices, but after checking several products I found out this is not the case. While Ive never had an amazing customer service experience here, Ive never had a bad one. They have a great selection and great prices. And to the other reviewer, really zero stars just because they dont offer a military discount? I would rather they leave the prices cheap for everyone instead of giving them to a few.

Beautiful, clean, organized hardware store. We LOVED their selection of unfinished solid wood tables, bars, stools, and islands!! Omg, they were so beautiful and well-priced.. and the wrought iron hinges & handles on the doors & drawers.. it was so Mediterranean!! I couldnt get away from that section:) But anyways, they have everything in that store, and even more lighting selection than any Home Depot Ive ever been to.

As often as I shop here, Id love to give them a better review, but often leave frustrated. It is the only bigbox type home improvement store for 5 miles, so it fills an important need. The problem is that the the store generally seems understaffed, even if the store is empty. The selection is lacking. It is fine for simple projects, but if you need higher quality or something very specialized, you may be out of luck.

Different selection from the other lumber stores and a whole different atmosphere. I have always found the prices to be at least competitive and usually much better. Tuesdays they offer 10% discount to seniors which is nice. I live by Lowes and Home Depot and I still travel to shop here.

NO MILITARY DISCOUNTS! Unlike Lowes and Home Depot, Sutherland cashier told me that she doesnt understand why they dont give one. She gets better deals at other hardware stores than working there and getting an employee discount. GO FIGURE?

Love this hardware store. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I almost always go here over the big box stores, because if I have a question about a product or home improvement project, they know the answer!

Prices are the best in town. They have a broad selection. I prefer this store to Lowes or Home Depot. It is not quite as refined feeling inside as Lowes or Home Depot, but the cost benefit outweighs that for me.

Buy a tool that doesnt do the job intended? Take it back, there is a minimum of hassle when returning an item and many times the correct item can be shown by knowledgeable personnel.

Prices are usually higher the lowes and Home Depot. Getting help here is in possible. There is never anyone walking the isle seems like no one in the store but the cashier.
