Very Poor. Contacted Sales in Salt Lake via several phone calls and emails and no return calls. Eventually was able to speak to sales and sent them pictures and diagrams of what I wanted with promised bids by the next day. Nothing happened. Always the next day so I gave up and called Burton Lumber in Lindon. Same thing. Eventually, It became more hopeful where I received a return email about questions before bid could be finalized and exchanged email a few times to set an appointment. Showed up for the appointment at their facility but only a no show. No response or call backs. I suspect they only have time for the large sales or contractor volume. Im going to try Stock.

I was called by their office today and asked to give a review of their service today and after the service I received that was the least I could do. My husband and I just moved into our home and have 4 beautiful wood garage doors. One of the doors was acting up and we couldnt get it shut. The technician come over for only $29.95 and fixed it and lubricated the other doors. They not only work great but sound great. The technician was friendly and I will definitely call for any other needs. Thanks

Burtons sales personnel are very knowledgeable and have the best contacts with the local vendors. I cant say enough about the truss and turnkey divisions, they have saved me countless dollars with their attention to detail. Shipping is by far the best around, they will receive and deliver an accurate order faster than any supplier I know

Terrible place. No one will help you with anything or bother to even talk to you if you are an average homeowner. Unless you are a contractor, go somewhere else where they actually know customer service and dont just cater to contractors.
