Not real happy with the experience and the service I received recently. We made a few trips to the store and where considering purchasing because we liked what they had. Until it came to ordering it. That is when we were told... sure you can have it by Saturday...then to find out when we made another trip to the store that it would be a month before it came in. All we received from there where apologizes. They didnt fulfill what they said to us when we were shopping for our tile. Dont think I will ever go back because there are a bunch of tile stores in the burgh that want your business..... We found one.

I purchased my kitchen back splash here. The selection is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy 5 stars. Know working on outdoor kitchen, i asked for pictures of a certain product and the salesman texted me pictures. So I wouldnt waste a trip.. Thank you

I was in the store for 45 minutes and not one employee ever acknowledged that I was there. Decent selection but I would never send a client to this store if you cant get service....
