DO NOT BUY MATTRESS ONLINE I ordered the BeautyRest Hybrid Silver online thru a link the salesman sent me. I received my mattress on May 12. By May 15 I was calling them to tell them something is not right. One side is completely sunk in and other side is STIFF. They told me I had to wait till 30 days. Makes no sense because if 3 days its this bad whats 30 going to prove?? After 30 days I called back and was hung up on, transferred to numerous non working numbers and TWICE told to go back to the store. I have dealt with 3 managers now. All claim they cant do anything. This is 2068.00 WASTED.... Store Mgr says he cant do anything. Update 7/4/17 July 4th at 4:30 pm Mattress Warranty calls and changes their minds again. Now they will only do an exchange since its past 30 days!!! I explained last Friday for the 2nd time they said I could return, so she hung up again. This is how they handle customers. They either hang up on you, transfer you to non working numbers OR they will wipe out your phone number and/or order. Happened twice.

one of the worst experience of my life was when I shopped at this particular sears location! Nothing but a bunch of rude, inconsiderate, nasty attitude group of people. Came in to get a table saw, paid for one to only find out a half hour later that it was not in stock. Ended up with another table saw not of my choice. Come back two days later to pick it up and immediately was told, in a rude manner, it would not fit in my car. It wasnt what I was told, it was HOW it came across. The helper went to the corner of the building wall and stood with his arms cross watching me try to find the best way to get the table saw in my car. After a few minutes, he said " well I guess my job here is done" and then walked away I was then forced to take the table saw out of the box, put the table saw itself in my car and break down the box. I wouldnt shop here again if my life depended on it! stay clear

Sears has been very helpful in finding the right appliances for my new home and the best deals. The customer service representatives were very polite and we didnt have to wait but a few seconds before someone from the "Pick Up" department was able to assist us when we went back to get our appliances. Ive been back twice since then and everything was perfect, we did wait a few minutes before someone was able to assist us when we went back to pick up another appliance (which was no big deal, I didnt mind waiting bc they looked busy) but when they came out to help us they were extremely apologetic and even gave me 20% off on my next purchase. I highly recommend Sears!

Horrible return policy. I bought a $500 vacuum cleaner and $200 worth of shirts on the same day. The shirt sizes were inconsistent so I went back 34 days after my purchase. They would not allow a simple exchange for a different size. Never buying anything from Sears ever again. Encouraging everyone I know to boycott Sears as well. Not surprised they are going out of business with return policy like that. Hope they join the ranks of all the other stores that are closing soon! Ill be buying from Amazon going forward.

Sears provides the WORST possible customer service. DO NOT BUY your appliances from the Myrtle Beach Store unless you want to deal with customer service reps who dont speak English, a service center who could care less about scheduling appointments, and technicians who are too lazy to actually fix them. I will NEVER EVER shop at Sears again!

For lack of better words its like a ghost store. Seems basically like an entrance or walkthrough to the remainder of the mall. Sometimes there is some good stuff and mostly it seems sort of empty in a way even though there is stuff on the shelves. Otherwise fair prices and fairly decent employees.

if you need help then forget it, if your going to find something on your own then your ok. Dont check out by the tools nobody is ever there. They have the oldest slowest people on the planet working there. Dont buy their clothes either they shrink down to nothing.

Returned an item and funds were forced onto Sears credit card, even though that is not how I paid in the first place. Previous visit left sour taste in my mouth; customer service was rude and conniving, tried to get me to open two credit cards.

Sears in Myrtle Beach is the best place to buy appliances on the Grand Strand. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I have never had a bad experience.
