We recently purchased appliances for our new house. The in store experience was excellent. However we scheduled our delivery based around when the movers we delivering our furniture. We were told the appliances would be delivered between 5:30-7:30 on a Saturday night and the driver would call us in advance. At 7:15 they called to say it wouldnt be delivered and they couldnt make the next delivery until Tuesday. After I explained that we had an infant and needed the fridge before Monday, they agreed to deliver on Sunday. Well they no showed today and we never got a call. I find this totally unacceptable!!!!

Picked up my flooring the other day and the guy that helped me was extremely rude! I noticed a few scratches in my wood flooring and the guy helping me Jason Riley blew it off. He then proceeded to yell unbelievable I cant believe shes making us order another thing of flooring! I told Manager Mike and he ordered the new flooring but blew me off too! Ive currently got an open case with their Corporate Office!

Hate the customer service , the manager ( Emily ) told me to bring in the Lawn Mower to see what she can do ( 5 days late out of there 30 days return policy) not even try to help . If you want your lawnmower go to your lawnmower store , not here . The worst machine i had so far. I am still have some gift card to use here otherwise for get that i will come back here for any other things .

Looked at appliances without any associate greeting us over a 20 min+ period. Came to a decision on a model and asked a store associate to send an appliance assistant. Waited another 20+ mins and still no customer service. At that point, I said it was time to go!!

Looked for O-Rings. Hardware told me to go to plumbing; guess where plumbing sent me .........I was in the little electric cart they provide. Thank goodness because I went up and down the 5 aisles of both depts. several times.
