Horrible Is all I can say. This store needs shut down or needs new management. Ive been a commercial customer of homedepot for years. This store and its incompetent Employees made me switch to Lowes. Workers at this store are very uneducated. And have no clue what they are talking about or helping you with. Guarantee if youre reading this and you have shopped at this store that you have had a bad dealing of some sort. Please someone from home depot see this and fire Fred hes got to be the problem. It comes from the top down. This store is just so horrible. The person in another message on here said dont go here go to busy beaver. Thats really bad. Really Busy Beaver. Please homedepot get your act together and fix this store located in north Versailles pa. By the way when I talked to Fred to complain he said (its the area) what can you expect. Whats that mean the area is crap cause thats what the employees are at this store. Save yourself the headache just go to Lowes. And if you must go to Homedepot do yourself a favor dont go to this store. You Will be very disappointed trust me

Biggest joke Ive ever seen in my life they got 90 year old ladies cutting keys so I guess anybody who can watch a training video is a locksmith now. I cant for the life of me understand how Home Depot, who can have 20+ employees in a store on a given day, cant put one responsible adult in charge who actually knows how to cut keys to run a key cutting machine. Why offer the service if you have no one qualified to do it? So I spent 45 minutes watching this old lady, who I knew from the moment she started had no clue what she was doing and I feel terrible for her because its not her fault why should she be thrust from a minimum wage job into becoming a locksmith because home depot owns a key cutter? What a joke. These companies need to start taking these services out of their businesses because they cant support them sure they want all your money, but pay a skilled workers wage ... NEVER!

Ive always had a decent experience at the North Versailles Home Depot. The employees have been helpful and in the few times the person I spoke with didnt know the right answer, they always went out of their way to find the help I needed. I would so much rather have the person say they didnt know the answer, than give me the wrong answer. The store itself has been well stocked but I always check online for the product I need before going there. If you are in a hurry, go online, find the store closest to you, purchase the item and the store will have it waiting for you. Home Depot occasionally has helpful "HOW TO" classes that are usually posted with the dates and times.

A step about their competitors here. Their kind and available staff make it easy to do business here and get exactly what I need everytime. I find myself taking the time to drive a bit further to visit this store over their competitor in Monroeville due to their superior customer service, knowledge, and selection.

Brett in the garden department works hard for the home depot. When compared to other home depots, the staff at the north Versailles store are always helpful and attentive to your needs. I have gone to other home depot stores..... No help. Not even a fri acknowledgement.

Good luck getting help or finding anything. Unless youre ready to pay. Theyre plenty well staffed there- to take your money. If youre in the area and need something go to Busy Beaver in White Oak instead. Its much smaller but 100x more helpful.
