If I could give no stars, I would. I have been working on a project, and needed some paint and other odds and ends. One of the items I wanted to look at was wallpaper (which Home Depot sells on their website). I thought I could look at some in the store. I came upon THREE employees in Pineville standing around doing absolutely nothing, and asked them if they tell me where the wallpaper was. The guy with salt and pepper hair stated sarcastically "at Sherwin Williams" and gives a patronizing grin (side note: I hope this gains Sherwin Williams an uptake in the SEO). I didnt understand the meaning of his comment and furrowed my brow a bit, when another employee stated, "we dont sell wallpaper here." Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this Home Depot. Not only was their employee rude when I asked a reasonable question given the stock on the Home Depot website, but he affirmatively tried to embarrass a customer. Horrible customer service.

I went there to buy a tile cutter 20 inch. I open up the boxes to find out the cutting part was missing. I talked to the lady in the flooring department and she said yeah I know theyre missing but theyre up there just because of warranty issues and its been like that for a few days. for sure she should have ordered more and have them already replaced by now. then I said I would buy the one that was more than double the price if she can give me a discount on it or military discount but I didnt have my military card on me I had on Ohio license which has the symbol if you are a veteran but she did not want accept that or give me a discount even though she didnt have the other items like shes supposed to have. not going back to the store unless I get an apology or some sort of discount Lowes here I come

Im not sure why some have experienced bad customer service at this Home Depot. My experience was that Dave (one of the managers) listened to an issue I had with a product that I purchased and installed in my home. In particular is was a door made by Masonite. I do not recommend the bottom of the line stock door from this company. The frames are too large for the slabs. However, because of the manufactures defect Dave sent me a better model door (it was from the same company and another stock door but it was solid pine). He had it delivered, knocked of $50 bucks from the price and picked up the defective door. Thanks Dave for righting the wrong and making my experience with Home Depot an enjoyable one.

Went in to pay for an order my contractor had called in. Their system wouldnt process my check even though there was more than enough money in my account. Yet they couldnt tell me why. Had to use a credit card. Contractor went to pick up the pulled order the next afternoon and one of the counter tops was missing. Spent and extra 1/2 day trying to get it from the Wendover store. If you dont have it, dont sell it to someone. Or at least have a HD employee go get it and not hold up my contractor.

I purchased a dishwasher from this store location and the installers installed it incorrectly AND ran the dishwasher for the first time with my owners manual and tags inside. I called for DAYS trying to get it fixed and ended up having to fix it myself. The folks at the store kept saying they were trying to find someone who could fix it and that they would call me back and they never did. I will NEVER order an appliance from here again.

Stay away from this particular home depot for your painting needs. I had went to this home depot store needed to do a DYI painting my house. The employees provided me with the very wrong color. After I returned to the store telling the painting manger what took placed and asking for a refund my money. The painting manger become very offensive he told me it was my fault that the associate provided me with the wrong color.

I just left the Home Depot at the South Bend location. It was absolutely horrible. This one is the complete opposite. As soon as I walked in I was instantly greeted and asked if I needed assistance. The layout is open and everything is organized and easy to find. This is how I remember Home Depot. Someone should clean house at South Bend.

The equipment in tool rental is in bad shap they do not maintenance or sharpen the equipment. Equipment is rented out without proper inspection. Also the employees arent very knowledgeable or just liers. Spend the extra money and save you some time and frustration by going to another place to rent your equipment

Trying to get a simple window, going in the store and then calling back. Guy you have in that department (same guy I talked to both times) seems inordinately preoccupied with making what should be a simple process complicated. Glad there is a Lowes right down the street.

It all starts with the leader... If the store manager sucks, then the whole store follows. What a jerk!! I have had many terrible visits and many were involving him. HD needs to shake up the upper management. Pineville is the worst Home depot I have ever been to.

Buddy is always cheerful and willing to assist. He personifies excellent customer service!!! Katherine always goes out of her way to search for and to research products. Great service! Always glad to go to Home Depot for the wonderful customer service.

Managers are very rude to customers. I pointed out a price scan error. The cashier wouldnt correct the problem. I talked to store managers Mike Brown and David Wilkinson. They were rude and refused to correct the problem. Beware of this store.

Management horrible...a tool was rented at 5 pm one day to be used the next day at 8 am. Didnt work. We drive 50 mins to return the tool and manager wantscto charge the whole day when the machine was not even started.... BAD COSTUMER SERVICE
