With the Holiday madness around the corner i figured purchasing online and picking it up at the store would be so much easier and boy was i WRONG! I got to the store and when i asked what the next step would be they just pointed me to the back or the store and said go to Registry. A bit confused i walked over there after waiting there for about 10 minutes because NO ONE was there i searched the back of the store for an employee after finding one they said put your name in the pick up merchandise option on the registry machine and wait. After waiting and waiting for my items i went on the search to locate and employee again! They called some one over the radio to see what was the update on the item which no one had tried to locate so i had to wait another 15 minutes before receiving my item. I have done a lot of my shopping online and have gone to different stores to pick them up and this by far has been the least organized and worse place to do merchandise pick up. Not to mention that when you call this location NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!

I can understand why ToysRUs is struggling to keep their doors opened. The lack of management is clearly apparent with the disorder of the shelves and the sluggish workers whom seem to be bothered by the customers.Not to mention the 20 minute check-out wait even though there are more then ample amount of employees on staff. Corporate - you see when you dont pay attention to the details (aka - the day to day management of a store) it starts to quickly fall apart. I strongly recommend you send one your MBA guys/gals down and fix this place up.If not its just another run down piece of junk store that will quickly be sold to CVS. Hey - CVS sells Toys! Good Luck! Note - the banner in the photo above should read " Closing Soon - Biggest waste of space - order from amazon"

It has everything any other Toys r Us has Im sure, but staff are Im not sure lazy is the best word, but Ill stick with that. Lines are usually long since there are at the most 2 cashiers. I had a personal bad experience also trying to buy a backpack for my daughter. I got the backpack and the backpack wasnt in the system so I went back and got a few extra backpacks that where around and took them to the cashier, none of them were in the system. The manager finally came and said "what seems to be the problem" the cashier told him and he said "oh will look in to it later"

Twice the customer service here has had me waiting for them to grab a product from the back while the employees socialize. First time it was 45 minutes, 2nd time it was an hour. In store pick up is horrid, and the low prices dont justify nonexistent customer service. Saving $10 isnt worth this.

The store is always clean, well stocked, and not too crowded. The staff is also helpful and even if there is a line at checkout, it goes quickly. This is our favorite place to get toys in the area.

Not clean. Annoyed employees and they get the returns to sell. Had to go back 3 times. First time product was broken. Second time a different product in the box and third time filthy. Incredible.

I just waited on for 5 minutes before getting disconnected. When I called back I held for ten minutes listening to awful music and no one ever answered the phone. I finally gave up! Pathetic!!
