PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS!!! ignore all the negative comments about this toys r us. As soon as i walked into the store i was greeted by an employee that was adjusting the door. He actually paused for that one second to greet our family. Then Luis approached us and offered to help us then helped explained all of the different ways we can shop online and pick up in store. Honestly the web site stinks but the fact that Luis took the time to explain it was great. Mercedes was our cashier and she was just so nice and so down to earth, not fake, very helpful. So disregard all the negative comments on this store. Absolutely The Best toys r us i have ever been to.

Service is great most of the time, some staff members are vastly more informed on company policies than others often causing me awkward exchanges at the cash registers... Such as being told at the baby center that if I use a baby registery to buy supplies for my own kid I have to choose the endless earnings or my toys r us rewards points but not both. Then at the register I get asked if I also have the rewards card, I say no thanks and explain what I was explained and I get looked at like Im green with pink hair and get told otherwise. Second issue is that the lines are usually long at any given time that isnt first thing in the morning.

Perfect example as to why these stores are becoming harder and harder to find. Claustrophobic is the only way to describe the interior. Everything is overpriced during the holidays. Perhaps to make up for their lackluster sales thru out the year. Save yourself and your wallet the aggravation. If you want to overpay for toys then at least do it at Target where you get an open environment for the money.

This Toys R Us has a huge selection of entertainment for kids - in fact, theres so much stuff it can be overwhelming to shop here. I usually order what I want online and then pick it up. Its MUCH easier than roaming around the store trying to find what you are looking for - I rarely find any staff available to help me find things. But the folks that help with pick-up are always fast and courteous.

Horrible customer service. Not able to get someone on the phone who knows the status of my in store pick up order. Was told I was going to receive a call back which I am still waiting for. My advice is to contact them online and let them know if you are having a problem. Extremely disappointed!!!! -Lilly Gomez

I think that this TRU is the southernmost TRU store in the ConUS. 15 years ago it was absolutely horrible. But management has done an excellent job. Good employees and a good stock of toys. It can get busy. I think thats why the store always has new merchandise. Huge parking lot.

The people who work here are rude and it seems as if they all have something better to do. On multiple occasions I have sought help from personnel and they have yet to help me. I rather drive to the store located at coral way. Better ambiance

Ive been waiting 1/2 hr on the phone to talk to an associate (8:28-9:11) & no one has answered the phone yet. I can only assume the tech people are having problems, because surly someone would have answered the phone by now...:-(

We tried to figure out a promotion that was advertised on the store. We asked for help to the cashier, then the store manager but got no help on that. I guess well be going to another store next time.

The doll catch machine is not working and after we tell Amanda, the customer service. Seems no one care to put a sign there. Not the best customer service I see in this giant chain store.
