just at 5 year anniversary, 27" i mac suffered 2 hardware failures. Tech toy store repaired ( fixing hardware issues on an i mac is NOT a 1 day while u wait repair ) its been over a month and unit is still working..cooler , better, faster. repair turn around at GEN___ B__ would have been equal to twice as long and probably cost 2.5 times as much $. Tech toy store answered all my questions, kept me up to date on the repair status, and made suggestions for preventing future hardware failures. if you have ANY hardware issues with ANY mac / apple products or devices, i would recommend Tech toy store as your first stop. i actually traveled from STUART down to Forest hill and Jog for the repair. GEN--- Bar at p g a would have a lot closer, but i believe i received better and more cost effective service at Tech toy store. if your product is still under warranty, or "extended because defective " warranty they can service as well. i also noticed while there, they have an excellent selection of used apple machines , that have probably been thoroughly tested at what appeared to be decent prices.

These guys are great. Previously had them fix a broken screen on an I-pad. Fast and efficient. Dropped my phone face down and really thought I was going to have to buy a new phone. $75 dollars and fifteen minutes later, works just fine. Honest and reliable. Glad you are close by! Update on how great this place is. Two weeks after repair, my phone looks like it needs software update. Go on I-tunes, cant update. Go to Apple Store, wait one hour and forty minutes for help, and they diagnose. I am told the software isnt communicating with the hardware and I need a new phone. Tech Toy Store told me my repair was warrantied for thirty days. I go back, and mind you, most places would say that the two issues are unrelated. They diagnosed the phone, found it was in a feedback loop and fixed the problem. These guys really know what they are doing and are extremely trustworthy and honest. I love this place and will continue to send business their way. Thanks guys!

I visited this place looking for someone who might fix my water-damaged cell phone based on great Yelp reviews, and this place did not disappoint! Dale spent over half an hour tinkering with my phone, trying all kinds of tricks to bring it back to life! While he got much farther along than I had, unfortunately the swipe feature was damaged permanently. Still, Dale took another 10 minutes to transfer everything into a new phone I had brought with me if all else failed. When I offered to pay him he said, "No charge, I didnt fix anything"! This guy is the real deal. Please support his business, we need to keep him around!

I went to get my ipad repair the first time they gave it back the screen wasnt wven put on right it was sticking out, if i hadnt checked it out they wouldnt of said anything i left the country that same day and as soon as i got back i called them because the screen i guess with the heat atarted coming off the guy said they cant do anything and said what do i want him to say about that. rude employees and they should try harder in satisfying the customers!!!!!

Just left this store it definatly is a hidden gem Ive lived across the street for almost a year and didnt know about this place but it is a really cool store with great prices on devices repairs and orginal charging cables I got one for my MacBook at apple today for 87 after tax went in and got the same thing here for 47 dollars after tax this place is awesome everyone should go check these guys out

I updated my phone and it would not let me restore my stuff all my numbers and photos were lost and the Apple Store told me that it couldnt be done and that it was lost. I went to the tech toy store and windle got everything back, I will always come here wont go back to Apple again

If anyone ever has ANY issues with their phone or computer..... You MUST go to The Tech Toy Store on Forest Hill & Jog, Greenacres! These guys are the BEST!!!! Without a doubt!! They have saved me from buying a new phone from Apple aand easily helped with all my computer issues.

Saved my life!! fixed my MacBook Pro fast! and also transferred my data! Dale and Wendell are awesome! I was about to pay 2000 bucks on a new laptop. But Wendell fixed it for 100 bucks and installed a blazing fast SSD. Thanks! Will be coming back to replace my battery.

this place is really awesome , they fix my galaxy s4 LCD in 5 mins..dont waste your time with other places who keep your phone for hours or days. the price was fair i would definitely come back for any repair
