Biggest nightmare dealing with a Baby Registry at this store. Had multiple people buy in person, show printout to mark off registry, and was not marked off. So....we get duplicates and when return they subtract it off like no one purchased it so no credit for it. Now have to bring second proof back to get 10% credit for gift card. People in store could care less and werent helpful. Didnt seem to care that people not doing their job by marking it off when purchased.... Also, we signed up for Rewards card when registered and now being told they never processed it even though my wife gets daily emails from them. Were apparently losing our credits on rewards too. Do yourself a favor and register elsewhere if have other options.

Took my kid to spend a gift card. Man its torture trying to find something for a six year old here. Just about everything is interesting to them... I on there other hand did want to purchase a Viewmaster. The sales associate help be locate it and told me it was 30 something dollars. I said I would get out elsewhere cheaper. He apologized for the high pricing and said, "is the Toys" R"Us way.". I appreciate the honesty, but shame on corporate...

Waited for 30 min in line to return 1 item the girl at return desk was asking her 2 managers for help but neither never came to help. Absolutely ridiculous.... plus they ask a million questions for 1 return.
