HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE an Employe RAN into my 1yr old daughter so hard she fell and got her head on ground!! the large & tall dark skinned woman; around 190-210lbs+ wasnt even looking (turned her head to the left as she passed by) & as she walked quickly to go to the next isle bumped my baby senseless!!! Her Apologies held me from going off but damn! Watch where your going!!! Your working in a toy store?!? there are kids everywhere! What a Horrible experience! I also called ahead of time as I drove past the store to ask if they had a certain character of kid bedroom furniture.i was put on hold and decided to go in. I PARKED ,family and I GOT OFF, WALKED to the BACK OF THE STORE, FOUND the FURNITURE section and WITHOUT AN EMPLOYEE in sight (supposedly we were waiting on the phone as they checked), we grabbed the bed we were looking for (mind you I was still on hold!!) we roamed the store (I hung up) my child got knocked down roaming through the toys and then we paid & left.

poor customer service, from the Manager Adolfo to sales people to cashiers. what a horrible experience. nobody knows anything or prices or offers. they asked me to go home, get they email i had gotten for "labor day sale" print it and bring it back for the discount i was requesting. overall the worst experience at customer service i have had in Miami. if you need to train your staff on what NOT to do, take them there for an hour and they will get it straight. i am glad they offer good and well-known brands, if corporate would be dependent on this group of inefficient people for their sales they would had gone under long time ago. just find somewhere else to buy toys.

Couldnt find anyone to help us, we went around the whole store twice! My husband had to go see the manager, who sent a guy. He looked like he had something way more important to do than his job, didnt say hi, answered our first question, and didnt stay long enough for us to asked our second question. He left without a word and kept avoiding us after that. In the end we bought a product according to the information he gave us. We came back home, unpacked and saw that the information he had given us was wrong and that we had bought something that was not what we needed.

This morning I called to ask if they had a toy in stock, they put me on hold six minutes later someone else picks up the phone and screams some womans name and hangs up. After which I call back explaining what happened to most likely the person who screamed and hung up the phone. Well after explaining what happened she asked me what she could help me with, after telling her she says I will find someone else to help me. I over heard her say that this person on the phone is "Hysterical". So I hung up and I will never go to that Toy R Us.

Yo hice un "store pickup" y cuando fui a recogerlo no lo tenian listo.. y cuando fueron a buscar el juguete se dieron cuenta que no lo tenian en stock. me regresaron mi dinero pero me hicieron perder el tiempo. Me fuy muy molesta por el malo servicio que resivi.

Mercadorias amassadas, desorganização do estoque e quando pedi ajuda para localizar um produto, a funcionária apontou para onde estaria com muita má vontade. Posso até ir em uma filial mas nessa loja não passo nem perto.

The staff in this store arent properly trained, i asked about their trade in special and from what one of cashiers and the manager named Rosie told me it was totally misleading. Big disappointment when I was getting ready to pay. Even the manager was a big liar, gave me the wrong information about the deal they had going on.

Good luck with getting someone to answer the PHONE CALLED 10 TIMES...I ACTUALLY COUNTED ....I guess they have kids working there because a kid intro explains someone will be right with you yet no one answers the phone...completely unprofessional . .Oh its after the holidays

Amazing store representatives! Extremely friendly and helpful. Its truly the experience you expect to have when walking into a toysrus. The employees will help you in anyway they can and are very knowledgeable. The store is always clean and orderly. Highly recommend this store!
