I went to this store in May 2013 to change my battery on my Invicta watch and about two weeks later i get the call to come pick it up. I pick it up and pay my fee but then I notice my watch links on my watch is broken because my watch is made out of onyx. I tell the guy that my watch is broken and he says some BS about how his "watchmaker" broke it. I tell him in a mannerly way, I need it fixed. He says okay. I give the watch back to him and he tells me he is going to get it fixed. This is in the month of June. I would visit his store like twice a week and he gave me some BS story about how his daughter is out of town and she is the only one who can order it. It is January 2014 and my watch band is still not here so, I am furious and just go ahead to get my watch because that is what you expect from people like this. I ask him to give me my money back for the watch and he says no I do not give cash back and then he offers to give me the fake Jewelry and watches he has in the store. I just wanted my watch fixed, thats it. I waited patiently for seven months! This guy and his daughter are a scam! DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR JEWELRY THERE!

This store sucks. Dont visit. They like to leave their business cards all over the ground and peoples windshields and cars. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TRASH BUSINESS
