We spoke to them at the beginning of March after visiting a lot of stores locally; initially we liked their shop and can do attitude about helping us design or find a ring that would meet our tastes. I sent pictures, was told they would be slow but I would hear something within the week,2 at the most. 2 weeks passed nothing. I followed up via email to the store address, no response, and then a message we will have something for you soon. Another week passed and I called. The owner said she would call me right back with some information. I heard nothing. 3 weeks of waiting because I trusted their reviews and their initial consult. They reached out to me a few days ago (a month since our initial contact) with an apology, with an antique item when I specified i wanted only a new ring with aspects of an antique item. We have spent a considerable amount of money on jewelry elsewhere and couldnt be happier.

I went in asking for a small fix to my ring. I am super appreciative of the timely fashion in getting the fix completed but the staff was so condescending. It seemed inconvenient that I wasnt able to wait a week for my ring back and they offered to do it same day, offered with a healthy dose of attitude. I extended appreciation multiple times but the staff was very burdened by my presence. Making offhand comments about my fiancé calling to ask for a quote when I was unable to obtain one while in the store after asking and comments regarding the appropriate person to say thank you too. I will not bring my business back to Stewart Jewlery and would rather ship to the original jewler up north and extend my wait time because I was met with much better customer service.

Customer Service is Superb! I took my watch to get some links removed and they helped me right away. It only took a matter of minutes before they had removed the links and I was happily wearing my beautiful new watch. The customer service is always great and I highly recommend the staff at Stewart Jewelry.

I bought my wife a watch for Christmas and the staff there was terrific! They helped me understand the differences in watches so I could make a smart decision. I got a great deal too! Unlike the big chains, this little family owned shop is a real jewel - I couldnt be happier that I found them!

If you need engraving on stainless steel, Stewart Jewelry is probably the only engraver around that can do it. They did a lovely job on my mint julep cups. And very nice people too.
