Thought i found a great place for jewelry repair. Local, nice, great first experience. had 7 rings sized. had a few bracelets that needed repair. They had the bracelets for a few months and never called me. went to get them, not repaired. there was a problem, but why didnt they at least contact me. very unprofessional. gave them another chance, same thing happened. i used them for a few other things, too. Also had my husbands ring, had to replace a stone. after several months i called and was told it was ready, again why no call from them? they put in the wrong color stone, took another few months to get the right stone. No more chances, took my broken bracelets and will never return. i had a credit, but they didnt know how much. their filing system consists of a box with envelopes thrown in it. they had to go through the box to find my envelope, took them at least 2 days.

I gave my girlfriend a ring for Valentines day and she took it here to be sized. It didnt fit when she picked it up. They didnt offer to make it the right size, give a refund, or anything. Also, where it had been cut/sized was visible, and one of the supports for the top of the ring was buckled. They were very rude about the situation and had her in tears when she left. I called them and they had the same attitude with me. You would think that when a person gets a ring sized, the jeweler would make sure it fit. And if it didnt fit, somehow make it right. Im very disappointed that my girlfriend was pushed to shed tears over her v.day gift.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. When I broke the soldering on my ring (from stupidly exercising with it on), they re-did it for me for free since I had it done less than a year before. When Jareds refused to re-size a ring for me, St. Cloud Jewelers said no problem. My jewelry repairs always come back without any issues and with a great shine to them. Its nice to be able to support a local business that actually does a great job and provides great customer service. Id highly recommend!

I wish I had read this review before I took my wedding band to them to be sized. They stained my ring and made it the wrong size. I now have a two toned wedding band. I should have known not to leave my rings there because of how dirty and unprofessional the workers were. Go to Thompsons across from Walmart, they are fixing my ring.

Love this store!! They restrung my pearl necklace perfectly, it looks as new as when I got it. The price was really good for quality work and the people there were nice and considerate. Im definitely coming back if I need any other jewelry fixed.

I have been going to this jewelry store for 20 years. The owner Carlos has always treated me well. The repairs are always perfect and if for some reason its not he makes it perfect.. His jewelry cases are beautiful as well..
