I would like to highly recommend Thompson Jewelers in St. Cloud. I have a Bulova watch which I had gotten as a present for my birthday. My husband decided not to get the extended warranty due to I work in a office setting. On accident while playing softball I broke my watch and all that was needed was a pin where it clasp shut. I took my watch back to Kays and because there was no warranty purchased they wanted to send my watch off to be fixed and charge me $150.00 for a pin. There was no way I was going to spend that just for a pin. I took it down to Thompson in St. Cloud and it cost me exactly $5.38. Highly recommended and will most definitely use again....

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I cant say enough great things about this place. The staff at Thompson Jewelers helped me with my search for an engagement ring. Greg was amazing at helping me learn what to look for in a ring. He gave me great advice, a website to look through for finding the perfect mount, and brought in some diamonds that I could view that would work within my budget. He made the entire process stress-free for me. My fiancé is in love with the ring and I thank the people at Thompson Jewelers making the whole experience worth while!

Every time I enter the store I get great service. They are very helpful and friendly. They answer any question that I may have even if it doesnt make since. I enjoy the environment and the people that work in the family owned and operated business. I also love the Christmas and July sale that they have every year. I find ever nice unique pieces during this sale. If you havent been to this Jewelry store you need to go. Great items and friendly sales associates!

This is a beautiful store, with unique items sure to catch your eye! My first visit was to trade in some gold pieces; the young man that assisted me was very welcoming and had great customer service. My sister was with me, and ended up having work done on her ring...that was from a different jeweler....and Thompsons had it back to looking brand new, at a much more reasonable price than what she had experienced elsewhere.
