After searching the internet for months to find a buyer that did not feed me a bunch of crap, I found JB Jewelers in Winter Park Fl (Orlando). Unlike the other sites I spoke with, Mr John Brady spoke as a professional, caring and honest individual. I had been High Balled by some sites and Low Balled by others. Mr Brady started out with the truth and ended with the truth. The man was seriously concerned about giving me the most honest answers and he lived by his word. After we completed the transaction he stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. In todays society this is a hard trait to find. We first found John a year ago when we needed an appraisal of a stone we had purchased from a retail store. He is one of less than a handful of GIA certified appraisers in the Orlando area. John confirmed our concerns regarding the diamond and did not charge us for his opinion. Thanks to his assistance, we were able to return the extremely overpriced stone and get our money back. A few weeks ago, we went back to John to find a replacement stone for the one we had returned. John had a beautiful stone that fit my setting perfectly and was less than 1/2 the price of the retail stores stone for similar cut, clarity, color, etc. He also turned the piece around in a day, so I had my ring back the next morning! John is honest, direct and easy to work with. His shop is not fancy, but that also enables him to offer the great prices that he does. I now have several pieces that John has made for me or that he had available for resale. I get compliments on all of them and I feel great knowing that we paid a fair price. If you are in the market for diamond jewelry, JB Jewelers should be your first stop.

I went to JB Jewelers because Ive lived in Winter Park for 40+ years and saw their sign on Lee rd. I didnt know John or the company, but liked the fact that they had been in business at the same location since the late 80s. When I went to JBs two years ago, I liked the fact that John spoke directly and with great knowledge on jewelry. I have done business with him around two dozen times and have found it to be a fair and honest experience. Being from Winter Park, I’m glad to find someone I can speak to in a personal fashion that is looking for a long term business relationship. I have bought two watches and done gold and diamond business on multiple occasions with John. Every time I have been treated fairly and would check with John before I did business on any jewelry purchase or sale. If you don’t have someone you can trust to guide you through the ever changing world of gold, diamonds or watches, he’s your guy. I have recommended customers to go to John for the last two years and all have them have thanked me.

Hello John Bready, Nick Tremble, I was also there with my wife to purchase an item and can say that I was weary to go to A jeweler in a bad area like where your store is located but we expected to be treated fair. The mentioning of another jeweler is to give people a place to compare you to....I was astounded by the difference from you to them...inventory to service so thats why we posted. the reviews are to help customers and not you!!!.. thats why we can clearly see by dates and similarities that the reviews seem suspicious but we may be wrong... Went in there today, staff was extremely rude. Not a hello or any greeting upon entry. Gentleman (I assume owner) just walked up and looked at me. Website says buys all diamond shapes and sizes. Was denied without even weighing the diamond. Guy said they dont buy diamonds of that shape or size. Was a full 1ct. diamond. When I asked why his website falsely stated that they buy diamonds of all shapes and sizes, he shouted "we buy what we want!" I refuse and would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. If they dont have customer service skills theres a dozen jewelry stores within a block that DO have customer service skills and will at least talk to you instead of shouting at you.

My experience working with JB @ JB Jewelers of Lee road was amazing. He was able to create a beautiful engagement ring from a few pictures I showed him. He took a Tacori ring my fiance and I both liked at IDC and was able to make from scratch something even more beautiful than what we saw at the big box stores. Got a better quality diamond, bigger diamond, and platinum instead of white gold for a much better price than what we saw anywhere in Orlando. I was referred to JB from a friend and I too will now recommend JB to any guy out there looking to get engaged. Make sure you go see him before you make a purchase somewhere else!! You wont be disappointed. He stands behind his work.
