Ive dealt with a lot of local pawn shops, and Ive never found one that cared about service and courtesy more than Central Florida Pawn & Gun. The staff is friendly and polite, regardless of when I walk in the door. Sometimes things are tough when you go into a pawn shop, and everyone here has always been fair and understanding. Theyve always given me the best deal on a pawn anywhere. If youre a reasonable and nice customer, they will do everything possible to make sure that you leave the store happy. Ive never had a negative experience here, and I cant say that about any other pawn shop. A good store with good people!

I wont be going here again asked about a certain model of gun I was showed a used one asked about a new one of the same model and as soon as my African American girlfriend walked up the man rolled his eyes and walked off putting the gun I had away, and at this time there were absolutely no other customers, when I tried to ask again about this particular gun he ignored me I turned and walked out feeling embarrassed I wasted my time hers drove down to aaa gun and pawn and found exactly what I was looking for with great customer service and help.

Talk about a place that could not care any less about your business! Had to leave work an hour early just so I could squeak in before closing then get eye rolling & sighs as I walk thru the door. Ran me out 5-mins before closing cuz they were exhausted after 8-hours sitting behind a counter. Just a store run by cry-babies who no nothing about what a real hard-days work entails or about cust service if you ask me

I became interested in gun ownership, knew a little about what I wanted before coming here. David knows his guns! Ive bought a few from them now and always come here first even before the big gun shop just up the road a bit. They have high traffic so their products are updated throughout the week.

this place could care less about custumer service .dont come in here to look and find something that you like.. if you dont know or not sure what you want ,mister tatoo would rather tell you to get out of his store than to help you..there are to many real gun shops to bother with this one

I have bought many things from here including guitars and bows. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is kind and the store had a very wide variety of items to offer. One of the best pawn shops you can go to and my personal favorite. Keep up the good work:)
