I can not believe this place, my wife and my 25th anniversary is December 21 2016. I was sitting in a massage chair while my wife shopped I was looking at the store and thought about how many times my wife had commented on the ring they have on TV with 2 diamonds. I thought I would go over there and look, I talk to a lady she said why dont you put on layaway, "I said you can put on layaway that long, and do I have a make any certain amount each month" she yes no problem, just has to be paid before you pick it up. I put a small down payment and come in again and couple hundred dollars. Well thanks to Kay Jewelers the cat is out of the bag they send a letter wanting more money and my wife opens it up. I dont remember the last time I was as mad as I was when my surprise was no longer a surprise. I went the store with $1000.00, and complained they could care less, gave number to call they could care less. I hate this place I will never buy anything from place again. $3000.00 dollar ring.

Went to get my wifes ring inspected. I didnt have the slip which was my fault but, I explained the situation and apologized. Their response was "Yeah..." A simple its ok would have been fine. They looked up the information and finished the ring but I left without getting the other items I brought inspected. They then had the nerve to heckle me about buying something on the way out the door.

The new staff at this location is amazing. They were really attentive to my needs and helped me to find my perfect ring. It was like a team environment. I got to meet the whole staff while I was there. Michael and Stephen were really great. I will be coming back for the matching earrings.

Waste of time I called at 10:30am, they open at 10:00 am and they never answered. Then I drive to the mall to go in just for them to tell me they dont have what I want in stock. To top it off it was like uh yeah we dont have that and sent me away. Last time I ever go there!

Stopped at this store to exchange a bracelet and some charms, but I didnt have any receipts with me at the time. The personnel here went the extra miles to pull the receipts from the system in order to make the exchanges. Great customer service, great experience...

I dont recommend anyone to this Kay Jewelers!!!! They arent honest, very sneaky and horrible customer service! Palm Coast location is the BEST location to deal with
