I recently I took my watch in to have the band re-sized. I felt confident in the fact that they would be able to do this simple task as they have a neon sign in their window that states they provide "watch repair" I handed the women my watch and she measured it on my wrist and assumed that three links needed to be removed. She took my watch behind the counter and was perplexed by it as she proclaimed the screws have been "plated over". I informed her that there were two screws on the same side of the link that needed to be removed per link. She then told me "we have done 100s of these Invictas". I guess that should have been my first idea they were incompetent. The watch I handed her was not a $79 Invicta it was a $6000 Breitling. Any jeweler worth their weight in salt should know the difference. She then called a few other people over and they continued to be baffled. I again told them that there were two screws per link on the same side. She then called the "jeweler". He cam out and inspected my watch and first told me that the band was not adjustable. Sure, you can only have one size wrist to wear this watch! I then explained to him how to do it and he was just as confused as the rest of his moronic staff. I told him to reinsert the ONE screw and I will take the watch to a real jeweler. I didnt even need to to that, I went to Lowes and purchased a $5 screw driver and swiftly adjusted my band in about 3 minutes. Please save your money and use a real jeweler, this place is a shame.

The one-star watch resize review that was posted is a little suspect--especially since the reviewer seemed to know perfectly well how to take care of the task himself. That being said... I recently had my engagement ring reset into a more modern design. When I picked my ring up, I was blown away by the creativity and the craftsmanship. It was SO beautiful. I promptly bought another ring and a leather bracelet. The staff is wonderful. Everyone with whom I spoke today was friendly and knowledgeable. They are my "go-to" jewelers from now on.

Fiance purchased a decorative ring under the reassurance that it could be resized within a 3-3.5. The next business day I was promptly told they would have never agreed to the resizing and their staff began pressuring us to purchase a more traditional engagement ring well over twice the price we paid. When we finally requested a refund Vince refused a full refund. He charged us for a service they failed to provide knowing and agreeing that we would have never made the purchase from the start had they been honest about the resizing.
