I was going through my aunts jewelry and i noticed this bracelet. Not because it was beautiful, but because it didnt seem to meet my her standards. She then went on to tell me how she sent it in to get fixed many years ago and how they took her real diamonds out and put in fake jewels. My mom had a necklace that she brought in to get fixed and they took half the necklace, switched it with something else. So half of her necklace is an intricately made gold chain while the other is just a basic chain. Not only did they scam my family, they also scammed my godmother. They stole one of her rings and allegedly said "someone broke in and stole your ring" DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. If you had your jewelry fixed here, go somewhere else and make sure you still have the real diamonds and gold on there. I do not recommend this place. They are lucky I was just a child when this happened, otherwise they wouldnt be in business. This is why I am informing everyone now, to not go here. If there is an issue, Im sure the Croatian community is big enough for you to find my information and call me. I will gladly speak with you and resolve this issue with the real diamonds and that gold chain. If you do not have those, then dont bother calling me. Also, I do not appreciate people stealing, especially from my family; that is why I am writing this review. TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS JEWELRY ELSEWHERE.

I went in with a friend who was buying a diamond for and engagement and I know a little about diamonds. We were dealing directly with the owner Mark Saric. I was asking questions about one specific 3 carat stone and he just lost it. He started yelling at me, telling me that I know nothing about diamonds and that he was the professional. He couldnt even give me an approximate color or clarity. He told me that he cant possible know every stone in the store. I was literally trying to sell the stone for him and he was a complete jerk. I told him that he was a jerk and told my friend that he should shop elsewhere. I directed him to another jeweler that really was a professional and answered all his questions and sold him a larger, higher quality stone for less.

Prestige did an awesome job for me on a last minute present. I brought it in on sunday at 4pm and i got a call before 9am monday that it was done. The engraving looks fantastic and its way better than anything i was expecting. You would think Tiffany did it themselves, excellent! The price was very reasonable as well, far less than i was expecting less than $30 to clean, polish out and engrave. If i could give 6 stars i would. Thank you!

I bought my wifes gold and diamond wedding ring set from Prestige Jewels and my wife absolutely loved it! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail absolutely blew her and I away and we will be customers for life. They also do great work on repairing our watches and necklaces.
