I had the absolute worst customer service experience with a representative named Rena (I think was her name). I had an issue with the cleaning of my Vera Wang ring, and wanted to get answers, and get the problem resolved all she did was try and pass off the problem.. She told me she would "look into the paperwork and call me later that day" and never returned my call. She was very unprofessional, and told me the agents who answer the 1(800)number (customer service number) "dont ever have any idea what theyre talking about." I love Vera Wang, and unfortunately thats the only reason Ill ever do business with Zales again. Ill also make sure I only do business with them in another store location, or online. I did receive excellent service from a representative named Becca, and if for any reason I have to go into the Sebring Zales store, Becca will be the only woman I ever deal with.

I absolutely love the Zales in Sebring. I have never had any problem with anyone who works there and never any of them being rude. Personally I couldnt see myself writing a post about someone that I am not sure what their name is because it would make me wander if my complaint is believable. My wife and I are faithful customers at the Sebring Zales and own many items from there.
