I am so very happy with the experience I had. My husband and I have used Downtown Goldsmith for repairs and custom jewelry. Both Nick and Jessie are knowledgeable and polite, and are more than willing to take the time to show you items and make you feel welcome. My custom ring is breathtaking and I receive compliments everywhere I go. Not only is it beautiful, but i received it in a very short time. On extremely short notice (last minute Christmas present for my son) I was able to have a pocket watch ordered, and picked up the very next day. Even though it wasnt an expensive item, the initials monogrammed on the front and our message engraved on back made it all the more stunning.
