I was in their with my son and bought a guitar for his birthday present. They went down on the price but failed to tell me it was broke. When I went to tune it, one of the gears fell apart in my hand. Of course they wouldnt do any thing about it, stating I should have looked over it better. It would of been nice if they were honest upfront about it. Not very reputable in my opinion.

Went in and bought 11 movies and when I got up to the counter I was told the price listed was if I payed cash. And if I used my debit card there would be a 1.00 fee.... I still bought them but did not enjoy the suprise or condescending attitude.
