I was in today searching for a ring enhancer for my solitaire ring. The man I was working with (who I assume was the owner by the way he carried himself) was extremely rude and unhelpful. He sat back in his office for several minutes before coming out and in the middle of me explaining what I was looking for, he cut me off to talk to someone else walking in. He walked away from me in the middle of my sentence... I asked to see a ring and he took it out, I asked to see another one and he said "Why? Its exactly the same as the other." However it was VERY different... and Im the paying guest so whats the problem? He showed me and then quickly took it out of my hand. I will never go back. Not only was he rude but WAY overpriced.

I bought a watch for my wife as a birthbay present from Larry Ozen, the Manager(a.k.a. the owner) on a Friday. I was unsure if my wife was going to like the watch, but Larry assured me we would be able to return the watch if she did not like it. On Sunday my wife tried to return the watch and Larry would only give her store credit. Unfortunately, my wife didnt like anything and know Im stuck.

One of the best jewelry store in Town, we were in town visiting friends and went to the mall looking around and we see the store called L and K jewellery, we purchesed a watch for me and a diamond ring for my wife, they were very friendly, professional we are very happy with purchase, we will do business again.

I cant speak from a buying experience , but I took a Tiffany necklace to be cleaned and the gentlemen did a excellent job and the lady who helped me, was quite friendly towards me ! So in that respect, they did great !
