I had a great experience shopping here at Diamonds & Co.The sales manager was very patient and provided great information about the different watches we were interested in. We came here to buy a watch for my wifes birthday. She really loved 2 watches but couldnt decides which one to buy, the manager gave us such a good deal on 2 watches that I ended up buying both the ones, one for her birthday and one for Christmas. I was completely satisfied with the customer service and the variety of watches and fine jewelry they carry. We will definitely be coming back to buy some Pandora bracelets.

The best customer service. Went in there a year ago with a request for a custom ring they gave me an awesome price and made it even better than I could have imagined and it was made so quick. Went in today and they completely remembered us and gave us a great discount for our wedding bands. They dont try to sell you either. They want you to leave happy with your perfect ring at the best price they can give you. They are so sweet and a pleasure to do business with. I will only go there and I will send any one I know that way too.

My husband had been to three other places trying to find someone capable of changing the battery in his Michael Kors watch. One guy actually told us that one of the screws in the watch was too tight. Really?! Diamonds & Co was able to replace the battery. They also brought it to our attention that one of the screws had been stripped and offered to replace the screw for free. We will definitely be back when we are in the market for either a new watch or jewelry! Great customer service!

Just bought a diamond ring from diamond&co and had a really great experience. Jamel our sales manager was informative reliable and extremely helpful to work with us. He did not pressure us but was honest and trustworthy through the entire experience. they went above and beyond their duty of making us happy. I was looking for a diamond braclet for my wife, it was our 25th anniversary. The entire staff in the store is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our sales lady was Ruper. She was so nice to us. The first time we went in was only to look and received no pressure to purchase. When we went back to buy, she gave us a great deal and a beautiful braclet. I HIGHLY recommend her and this store for your jewelry!

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST, MY BOYFRIEND BOUGHT MY ENGAGEMENT RING HERE AND AFTER GETTING IT RESIZED I HAD TO RETURN IT BECAUSE A DIAMOND FELL OUT ONLY TO HAVE "MY" ENGAGEMENT RING GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE AND NOW THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO TELL ME THAT THE PERSON THEY GAVE THE RING TO WILL NOT RETURN IT. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN !!!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS ALSO BEEN AWFUL.

We came here looking for an engagement ring. Walked in and we were immediately greeted and helped. Staff went above and beyond to help with the purchase. Came back after we bought and thy even resized the ring for free. If you are looking for any jewelry this is the place to go!!!!!! Highly recommended and by far superior to any jewler in the mall.

Exceptional customer services!! Staff was very polite and professional. I was informed that there would be a 15-20 min wait. But, when I just wanted to remain in the store I was informed to just take a seat and rest my feet. This was such a kind gesture that I will never forget!
