The problem here is not the service but where Google maps has this establishment pinned. Its not correct at all. 434 is not the easiest to u - turn either. Spent my entire lunch hour looking for this place. The person I spoke to couldnt give me proper directions either. Major turn-off for first time customers. To make matters worse, employee wouldnt sell me a part, even after telling her the watch it belongs to AND showing her the part. Im sure they provide great service, not to me. Wont be giving them my business.

I have been searching for a watch shop for months. Every one we go to says it will be a week or two or some outrageous price. They fixed two of my watches on the same day for a couple of dollars. The service was excellent and their work is perfect. The ladies here rock. Dont trust your jewelry to anyone else. This place is top notch!

Nice little jewelry shop. They will change a watch battery for you while you wait for $1. You cant beat that. I recently sold them a used ring, too, and the amount that they offered was very fair. Parking is awful, but the staff is friendly and the prices are good!

Love the place. Nice jewelry with good prices and the watch batteries are very inexpensive. Like to visit to browse for new merchandise. The employees are friendly and customer oriented. I recommend it to everyone!!!!
