Personally, I had quite a good experience here. I spoke with Nishant through email while looking for an Artcarved dealer for an engagement ring. He was very quick to respond. I then later spoke in person with Jay at the store. I found him to be very respectful and not pushy. I think he told me his honest opinion about materials for the ring. The price they gave me was very fast. I got the price almost immediately. I was still waiting days later for International Diamond Center to get me a quote. Their price was very fair and lower than other places I checked. The stone setter did a pretty good job, although, I think he could have done a tad better with one of the prongs. Either way, I can probably go back and ask them to make it a little more "perfect". They also offer free cleanings after purchasing the ring.

I wanted to sell some gold coins that were attached to a bracket. The coins were English Soverns. I looked the coins up first and they weighed in at .2453 each. I had 4 coins plus the gold latch. Should have been close to an ounce of total weight or around $1200. I Went to Orlando location and was told to go see Nishant at Oviedo location. After they tested an weighed my gold the offer was $580...I though thats a very low offer and asked them the weight?...I indicated that it should be almost an ounce and Nichhant said "oh no" these coins are rolled and they dont weight that much" I decided to take the coins to Winter Park and sold them to for over $1000. Ill be giving that shop a 5 star review. "Seller be aware"...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We went to have my husbands watch battery replaced and they broke the watch. We went back and Neal (the guy working at the time) refused to replace the battery or the watched, and blamed my husband for it not working. He batman yelling at my husband and me in front of our sleeping two year old daughter and woke her up. I do not recommend this establishment due to the unprofessionalism shown by the employees and the quality of work.

Previous Fine Jewelers in Oviedo has superior customer service. When our watch could not be fixed by conventional means they called the manufacturer and stood up for the customer to find the best and most affordable solution for the customer. Our watch was fixed and we are happy with the product. They really care about their customers! I would recommend them for repair as well as their fine display of jewelry.

Excellent experience with this company. I brought a watch in for warranty work and they took care of everything for me, including putting it through a multi-point inspection when it returned from the manufacturer. They stand by their products and provide excellent customer service.

Scam. They advertise 75% to buy your "national retailer" unused gift card. What a line of bullshit. They offered me 40%. A great gimmick to get people in the door, but, I was not desperate and walked away with a laugh at the employee trying to make a quick buck.

Phenomenal service and a high quality repair. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. My ring needed to be sized after being cut off in the hospital and it looked like it was brand new when I got it back. I highly recommend using them for your jewelry repairs.

Both the Oviedo Mall location, and Florida Mall locations are great. Staff is friendly, helpful, and are not pushy sales people. They simply ask what you like and show you some options. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
