I have mixed feelings about this store. When they sell you something they are wonderful and go above and beyond, regardless of what you spend. But when I took a couple of things in for repairs he charged me $38 for 5 minutes and he didnt even have to take anything to the repair table, he stood behind the counter and used a pair of pliers to close a little gold tone ring that had opened up on a couple of items. ( I got the same service for free at the Zales outlet yesterday and I didnt even buy anything). We are retired and on fixed incomes and $38 is a nice lunch out for us! Im just sayin !

Wonderful experience and great product. Dimitri was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I wanted and designed a custom ring with several personal touches. Pricing was very good compared to the big box stores, so I was able to get a better ring and rock for the same price. I would highly recommend Delores Jewelers to anyone. I had complete confidence that I was getting a great price and value on my purchase.

Loved this jewelry store! We went there looking for a new wedding band for my husband as the one he had was broken. When we first walked into the store all the staff members were very welcoming and were all willing to help. Reasonable prices. Dimitri worked with us. He is genuinely caring person and provide outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone! Very trustworthy and honest. Great location.

I came in to get my ring sized and not only walked out with the perfect ring size, but also my bride the perfect band to match her engagement ring. Demitri didnt try to sell me anything and was genuinely passionate about us having the perfect wedding set for our big day. Dimitri at Delores is a master at creating custom jewelry. He designed my wifes engagement/wedding ring set. He was very meticulous, and cared deeply for our design. Dimitri kept us involved in every step of the construction process. Plus, his selection of loose diamonds were the best price/quality around. Great service and fair prices. We worked with Dimitri on an engagement ring, and he was most accommodating with our needs both before and after the purchase. Such a large purchase can be scary, but working with Dimitri and Delores put my mind at ease. Its been several months since our purchase and were very happy with our experience looking back. They were sold out of a very popular inexpensive necklace. They ordered it for me and called every few days with an update, and held it when it arrived. No way they made any money with the amount of time they put into the transaction but the customer service was top notch. Next time I need anything this is the only place I will go

Great experience. Went to get a ring sized, while there Demetri the jeweler noticed the prongs on my wifes wedding ring were worn down. All he had to do to loosen the diamond was put his finger under one prong!!! We could have lost it at any time. Needless to say we are very appreciative of his attention.

I called and spoke to the owner or manager, I didnt get his name, he tells me he has a ring that Ive been looking for. I go to pick it up and he doesnt have it. He then goes on to try and sell me a "similar" one and pressures me to buy it. I drove from Jacksonville to Orlando for nothing.
