I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I was there with a friend of mine, looking for wedding bands. The engagement ring my friend wore apparently wasnt "good enough" for the young girl who "helped" my friend. She completely looked down her nose at us the entire time, and took jabs at the ring every chance she got. Since the rings lack of value disgusted her so much, we took our business to Jared, who didnt mind that we were in our yard-work clothing, or the "worthlessness" of my friends ring. We found a gorgeous band there, along with a salesperson who KNOWS the meaning of "customer service". My friend will also be getting her "upgrade" at Jared. It shouldnt have mattered to the girl at Waterford if the ring my friend was wearing came from a Cracker Jack box. Her job was to assist us in making a purchase, if we chose to make one. Her inability to keep her snide, condescending remarks to herself cost the store a pretty penny, and lost a number of customers who, by the way, are quite financially comfortable. Never judge a book by its cover, and NEVER shop at Waterford Jewelers!

GLUED repair work on HORRIBLE, CHEAP JEWELRY! I bought two engagement rings at Waterford Jewelers and both have required repair work within a month. My boyfriends ring (paid 400 for it) had its stone fall out while he opened a door. My rings stone is about to fall out after being on my hand for just a couple weeks...Im a student, and we are both careful with our jewelry. I first tried to get my boyfriends ring repaired by bringing it back to Waterford Jewelers. They charged me $100 to reset the stone, and claimed that it required a lot of specialized work to get it done. However, when it broke again, I took it by Zales and they told me that the people at WJ had GLUED THE STONE in an attempt to fix it. Ugh! Now I am having both repaired at Zales, but it is costing me an extra $130 combined to repair the rings. The people at Waterford Jewelers were dishonest about the abilities of their jewelsmiths and the quality of their products. Please dont waste your money and go through such grief by buying from Waterford Jewelers.

The prongs holding my diamond broke and the stone fell out. The jeweler here did an amazing job resetting the stone. He also noticed a diamond was missing from the side setting, and replaced it at a very reasonble price. This seems to be a family owned business. I am so glad I came here instead of one of the chain jewelry stores. All of the chain stores I visited to get a quote from outsourced their repairs, and multiplied the cost to an astronomical amount in order to make their profit. This store has an in house jeweler who does repairs as well as custom pieces, so there arent any middlemen (thus costs can be kept low, and they have more pride in their work) I am very pleased with this jeweler and highly recommended them!

Customer service is probably key in this business and they completely lack it. Went in to exchange an item the absolute next day of purchase. The item, did not meet standards of the original part (which I was told it would) and would not be swapped out for the same part. No where is it printed that parts cannot be exchanged nor is it written anywhere. Apparently I was done a favor by him selling me this part at an incredibly high price... Worst place in Orlando, I would probably go to magic mall before I recommend anyone to come here. Please be aware if you send jewelry in for repairs, your parts will be Chinese... Should be names Waterford Lemons jewelry, for all the lemon they sell..

I have been coming here for years and I wont go anywhere else. The customer service is outstanding and everyone makes you feel like a part of the family. I was so surprise when I met the owner, her personality is awesome. OMG. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a honest opinions. There was times that they could have easily took my money just to be taken it, but they were honest. Why go to the BIG names to get little service when you can just come here and get the All In One Best Service. I will forever use them. Good job on making me and my son feel at home. Thanks.

Do not trust this jeweler. I took my wedding ring there and he quoted a price when I dropped it off. When I picked it up the price had almost doubled. There were also some diamonds that looked like they had been tampered with. When I asked him about them, he avoided the question each and every time. This jeweler is the only place I have brought my rings since they were purchased. When I went for a second opinion after picking them up from Waterford Jewelers, they confirmed that it was obvious he removed diamonds and replaced them.

Well I came into Waterford jeweler thinking that I was going to have to pay a high price for fixing my earring. I was completely wrong the Manager Frank was absolutely amazing he gave me a good deal on fixing my earring and when I asked about his jewelry he took me directly to a piece that suited my character due to his 20+ years of expertise and his assistant Jay was very opened ear about all my questions and answered them all politely. I was very satisfied with my visit and hope to get more pieces!!

Very knowledgable salesman(/owner?) and was willing to do whatever it took to please us. Up front about pros and cons of different stones and metals. Was somewhat misleading about a price but that may have just been us missinterpreting. He had 5 stones shipped for us and when we chose something else he passed no anger about it which was really nice. Can customize items. Sell watch batteries. Many catalogs to choose from. Many mens band choices and varieties in items/prices.

I recently had my jewelry rhodium coated and they did an excellent job. I had to bring it back due to immediate wearing but they corrected the issue at no cost. They were extremely apologetic and wanted to ensure I was 100% pleased. Well I AM! Ill be back for more work soon and a new purchase hopefully as Ive seen some great pieces at really wonderful prices!

This jeweler is very professional and courteous. Did most of my repairs while I was there and did an exceptional repair of my wifes earrings. I highly recommend them for their quality of work and professional and friendly attitude. Will definitely use them in the future for repairs and purchases. They have some unique pieces of jewelry as well.
