This is a jeweler with an ATTITUDE! I dropped off a necklace for repair and was told it would take 5 business days. Twelve business days later my necklace had not been repaired. The sales associate got snippy, explaining that they werent that far behind with the repair. You see, they consider only Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday business days. I was supposed to just know this somehow! No apology offered, just attitude. Wow!!!!

I have dealt with Tim Allen many times over the years. I have had excellent service as well as fair pricing. The items I have bought or repair work I have had done was spectacular! I wouldnt go anywhere else for jewlery or repairs.

Went to the store at open two days in a row and they never opened. Left messages on their vm no one answered no one returned call. This would be fine if they atleast put a sign up stating they wouldnt be there for a few days.
