Resized my ring that is very important to me. He did a beautiful job, much nicer than previous Jewelers. Pricing is decent as well, no complaints there. Was a little irritated though as I was called in the morning saying my ring was ready. Picked it up hours later and it still needed polishing and finishing touches. I couldnt really wait as my husband and toddler were in car waiting for me. Also he had to resize it when I feel as a jeweler they should know the appropriate size when they sized me in the first place. He did work as quickly as he could to fix that for me and the ring looks great. So a little bit odd of an experience but overall I still give them five stars and would highly recommend.

I have always loved the customer service and The custom work is impeccable.Son has gone above and beyond. And his father is the same way. I will continue to do business with my favorite jeweler and recommend and send business in as I have for years. Love my new angel!!! So much quality. And repaired my expensive chains beautifully never a disappointment the BEST!!! Can be trusted with valuable stones class act cant boast enough thank you once again. My husband who I sent there for my gift has found where he will buy all my jewelry :-) 5 star!!!!

Not to happy with this place for being a First time customer. My fiance bought me a $622 doller diamond bracelet as a surprise and as i open the box there was two diamond missing didnt even get the chance to wear it. Went here to get my wedding ring fixed told us it would be done thursday (7/7/16) my fiance went to pick it up today to tell him "they cant find it" they would call him back and never return the call back. Not a happy Custermer at all.

Good People but not good customer service. They tell you they would call and so far I didnt get a single call back since I started to go there. When I call, noone answers for days. Waiting on repairs to a prized watch, so far, more than 60 business days. Have gone to Marsilvia for that past 4 years. This may be the worse period of time. Still nice people. Nice jewelry. Nice location.

I came as a walk-in. I brought all kinds of diamonds and gold from those just hanging around in my jewelry box. I had no idea what could be done. He took my 1ct and put a halo of diamonds from my wedding band and created the most beautiful ring ever. I am so glad I stopped in. Thank you
