Bought a new mountain bike from this location back in August, became incredibly frustrated with my hydraulic disc breaks on my bike that have not worked since day one (howling and barely any stopping power). I brought in the bike and spent $10 on a cleaner for the pads and was told this stuff was like magic! Unfortunately I still was having issues and now somehow had a bubble in my break line completely disabling my rear breaks, so I brought the bike back a second time and at this point I was completely fed up. keep in mind I live approx 45 miles away. The lead bike tech Drew helped me this time. He told me that I had been mis- informed by the part time tech and that I was actually ruining my break pads with the said magical cleaner...wth!!! Drew not only stopped what he was doing to help without making an appointment but blead both breaks the right way, gave me new / upgraded break pads and was incredibly pleasant with tons of knowledge. Now I finally have a new bike, this time with working breaks. I was going to give a 3 star review but Drew demonstrated what I think should be a customer service standard and thats taking care of customers honestly. Its unfortunate that I had to jump through hoops but I will definitely be a lifetime customer of Drews

Great place, very nice helpful and knowledgeable staff, nice stock at reasonable prices. I am a low end Walmart type of biker and have always been leery of bike shops that cater to high end nose in the air bikers. While this store does have high end stuff, bikes over $3,000, they also have a lot at reasonable prices for smucks like me. They had some bikes on sale for $149. Their sale prices are not much over Walmart prices and the quality is much better and the staff is very helpful and does not look down on you. I bought a real nice quality helmet on sale for $7 more than a cheapo walmartian one with some nice gloves also on sale. They also have bike rides for newbies and up on weekends. Im glad I stopped in. I will be back and when I upgrade my cheapo wheels, Ill come here.

Best bike buying experience in my life. After going to a local box store and getting the wrong bike for my 260lb. overweight frame I needed a bike that i felt was under me and not about to collapse. The salesman was extremely helpful and had some great advise. I have put around 100 miles on it in the past two weeks and i cant express how great this bike feels compared to other less expensive bikes. I purchased the Diamondback Wildwood LG frame and if youre over 200lbs and want to be comfortable and feel other less expensive bikes are to small and uncomfortable go spend a little more and get outfitted correctly. For only $150 more than i spent previously Im way better off on my journey to more weight loss. Thanks Jimmy R.

Return Policy is Terrible - Dont risk a high value purchase! I bought a mid-level, $600 bike trainer which was defective from the point of purchase. Performance Bike has a policy that will not allow a return of of a defective product. I have to send it to Wahoo Fitness and get a new one back before they would make a refund on the product. I dont want the product. The headache and hassle isnt worth it. But instead of having a proper back-end to deal with returns, they shove the workload on the customer. This is a terrible return policy. I will not risk another high cost purchase (trainer, gps, bicycle, etc...) with Performance Bike. Neither should you.

Recently I decided to get a bike for me to ride around. I check other couple of places and here as well. I loved this places. Several brands of bicycle was available. When I was coming to store it was around 7.45, they we supposed to close at 8. However, they were very friendly and stayed until 9 or so, explaining everything and let me test ride the bike even after closing time. I am thinking of getting another bike for my wife as well, and I would go here again.

Amazing service, everything you need to get a good bike and on your way asap. Great staff, and very knowledgeable as well. The bike selection is large, but they hrlped me quickly find exactly what i was looking for. I will be there again and highly recommend the shop to anyine who is looking to get a bike.
