What a great shop. I came down to Jacksonville on vacation with my boyfriend and he needed to rent a bike. We rented a beautiful high end carbon Trek for him. At the end of our vacation, he decided he wanted to buy a bike. Kyle helped him find one that was in his price range and would be appropriate for the kind of riding he wanted to do. The shop is a good size, with lots of inventory - helmets, socks, shoes, pedals, clothes etc. so of course I had to buy a few pairs of those Cannondale rabbit socks. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent dudes. Been there 3 times for a bike I got online. 1st time for some initial repairs due to shipping/partial assembly from the company I got it from. 2nd time was to have the brakes swapped around and the thirds was to get a derailleur hanger replaced. The longest I was there (well, my bike) was about 30 minutes. The second two times were literally in-and-out withing 10 minutes. They are more than accommodating, and definitely hooked me up. Once Im in the market for another bike, Ill definitely be considering them strongly.

I bought a bike about two months ago from their shop and Beach Blvd and I am very pleased with the bike, the price I paid, and most of all the level of service I have received. They did a great job at my 1 month complimentary service, and the fact that I can bring it in whenever to have it tuned up is amazing. They also just gave me some padding for inside my helmet to replace stuff that was falling apart. They are some of the good guys in the business.

Great service and good prices. I walked in ready to buy a bike, but my wife hadnt ridden a bicycle in almost a decade. Sean took great care of both of us, even taking almost an hour working with my wife to figure out which bicycle would be best for her level of riding and her correct frame size. Wonderful customer service, competitive on pricing. Couldnt ask for anything else in a LBS!

I just recently became interested in cycling. I stopped in with no intention of buying that day. The selection was amazing and very reasonably priced. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and I ended up purchasing a bike right then and there. I love my bike and I love this shop. Had an old gary fisher marlin that broke, chuck serviced it well for almost a year, the frame broke so I bought a new trk wahoo from the beach blvd location. Amazing service amazing deal! I constantly break things so the trek red shield program was recommended to extend my warranty (lol)...good call, great service friendly peeps...go buy your bike from these people now!

Ive been going to Bicycles Etc. for several years and have had a wonderful experience. I frequently break things and they always find a way to get it fixed, and have often gone to bat for me on warranties. The staff and mechanics know what they are doing and have helped me select and fit a number of bikes. Highly recommended.

I went to a bicycle repair store somewhere else to help repair my Bontrager Supercharger pump. They did not have a clue. I then found Bicycles Etc. They ordered the part, called when it came in, and repaired it. If they take care with items like this, then I trust them with other repairs, service, and sales.

Had a shifter adjusted and was going down the Acosta and front wheel almost came off while I was doing over 20mph. Excuse was that they just adjusted the shifter but I asked them to check the bike out. If you value your safety do it yourself or go to another bike shop.
