I cant say too much for the customer service, as I never even had work done. But this shop wanted 9 dollars for a tube for my bike and 11 dollars to install it. After tax it would have been just under 21 dollars. I got the same tube with install from another shop for 8 bucks. I just got a used road bike and had them quote me new tires and tubes and they wanted about 40 dollars more than the shop I ended up letting do the work. If they lower their prices, Id consider giving them a chance.

Lived in Jacksonville a few years back and my bike was my sole mode of transportation. They took care of me. I would go in often and they fixed my bike up quickly and most of the time would only charge me for parts instead of labor. Very friendly service.
