I went to Evolve looking to learn a bit more about Electric bikes.... Brad (the owner) helped me every step of the way. I spent hours at the store, trying out the wide range of bikes he had to offer. I questioned extensively, as this would be a rather large purchase for me. Each question was immediately met with a quick, detailed and honest answer. The level of customer service was impressive, to say the least. I was planning on going to check out a few other bike shops in the area but decided against it because of the great experience I was having. I finally picked a bike to purchase. They agreed to modify the bike more to my liking for a small fee and it was done just a short while later. The next day, I realized I should have gone with another bike I had tried. I was aware he accepted returns with a 20% restocking fee (which would be very expensive) but after speaking to him first thing the next morning; he agreed to accept the exchange with no restocking fee! He stressed he wanted to ensure I had the best possible bike for me and I brought it in right away. It was quickly swapped, hassle free. Talk about customer service. While having been there originally for hours, I spoke to many customers that came in, all agreed this was the best place to come for equipment and service in the area. Simple put...they have what you need, from the beginner to expert this is the place for you. I will be a lifelong customer here due to my experience. It is great to have an owner that works there every day, knows every detail and truly focuses on the customers needs. The quality of the bikes along with the enormous selection make this place a true "one stop shop". I recommend this place 150% for all your biking needs.

I went into this bike shop today to look for a bicycle. I had a lot of questions and was ready to pay cash for a new bike. I looked at the bikes and accessories and tried to look genuinely interested, but still, nobody in the entire store even acknowledged my existence. I couldnt tell who was working there and who was a customer because the people who apparently worked there didnt wear anything to identify them as employees or owners or whatever... there was a child playing on a computer behind a window and a man who was having a social conversation went behind the counter, so maybe they worked there; I really dont know! Still, nobody said, "Ill be right with you" or "Do you have any questions"... they didnt make eye contact and were extreme snobs. They acted like I was invisible. Apparently they are doing well enough that they dont even need to acknowledge potential customers and I can take a hint! I will go elsewhere. Another problem is that they dont have the bikes listed on the web site in the store. I think theres a larger bike shop in downtown Orlando, and I will see if they know the meaning of customer service as the people at Evolve clearly dont.

After reading the reviews I thought I was going to get the experience that matched the prices paid for the townies that I ordered. Once in and notified that the bikes were assembled, it took a day or two for our schedule to work to pick up the bikes. On the day of pick up, I called ahead to let them know when we would be in to pick them up. My boyfriend arrived at the store 10 minutes before I did and then I arrived, neither of us were acknowledge by the staff in the store. I started to wait in line, when again I was not acknowledged so I went back to browsing. Finally when we were helped, Kevin was lovely and very helpful, but had to go outside and unchain our bikes (why did I call ahead?). I got my paper work to go with my bike, my boyfriend did not. He got stem valve caps, I did not. Now I have to go back... I guess I had hoped that for an independent place selling high end items that this experience would have been more in line with the cost of the products.

I rented a Cannondale Synapse from Evolve Bicycles while I was in Orlando for 5 days. I had a great experience! Roger, the owner, is a great guy, I loved chatting with him. The week-long rental price comes with delivery and pick up of the bicycle from my location, and the best part of my experience was that Roger arrived with the bicycle - and showed up to pick up the bicycle - at the exact time and place I designated (actually, showed up early). The bike was great, he didnt forget a single thing. All this is no small feat. Ive come to expect people to screw things up, show up late, etc. Evolve Bicycles provided exactly what they advertised, at the time and place of my choosing, for the exact quoted price. No drama, no surprises, just great consistent service. I would use them again in heartbeat and recommend them to anyone interested in a bike rental.

I rented a Litespeed C1 from here back in mid November while visiting the area. I picked Evolve because they werent too far away (15-20mins) and they had a couple of good bikes too choose from for very competitive prices. To get the same caliber bike you would have to pay a lot more at some places, while other places didnt even offer anything more than an aluminum frame bike. The guys there were super friendly and quick to get me set up and rolling. They had several routes pre-mapped for various length rides. The C1 was a very solid and responsive bike and I highly recommend it. Though I come from the mountains the constant relentless headwinds in Florida was more than I was expecting, so be mentally ready for that. If I make it back to Orlando again I will be renting from Evolve again.

Was having issues with my sons brand new bike and the training wheels setup. I was attended by Shawn at Evolve Bicycles and left with a smile on both in mine and my sons face. Shawn was very amiable and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly determine the issue and was able to fix it in very little wait time. Eventhough they were busy, Shaw took time to explain what was needed and after he fixed the bike made sure the repair was at my satisfaction. I would definitely come back to the store not only if I need a repair , but to purchase a bike , once I decided which bike I would like. Localização excelente prómimo do centro de Celebration. O pessoal entende mesmo de pedal e não enrola com papo furado.

Great Shop! Kevin and the rest of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of their game. As a bicycle shop owner myself, I was very discerning on my choice of shop that took care of me. After all I should know GREAT bike shop service when I see it! From my first contact I found them to be accommodating to my specific needs including having a choice of bikes to rent!
