TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! For a supposed high end store, one would expect a similar high level of service. Unfortunately, that is not the case at Mayors. After taking a piece into the store to be engraved, they not only lost the piece, but then failed to inform me. I understand that s--- happens; it is what is done afterwards that separates good stores from stores like Mayors. When you lose something of great personal value that I have entrusted to you, I do not expect to be the one calling you for the status, and I am aghast that even after 6 weeks, I am still unable to get anyone to take accountability and resolve this issue. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Mayors. The staff was wonderful and their knowledge of Rolexes are second to none. We purchased one for Charles and one for me, as well as a pair of diamond earrings for our daughters 16th birthday. We will never go any where else in Jacksonville.
