I had a nice Breitling that was my fathers. I went all over Naples trying to find someone that could get it functioning again. Obviously, this watch had sentimental value to me. I was unable to find anyone when I was told by someone to try Mattis Fine Jewelers. I ended up at their store and low and behold, they were able clean, repair and they even cleaned it for me. These folks are truly master jewelers. Not only can they repair all jewelry, they create custom, one of a kind jewelry as well. I highly recommend Mattis Fine Jewelers to everyone!

We found this store on our visit to Naples. We had old ring that my wife wanted to do something new with it. Store owner give us few suggestions and sketch for us modern ring with our diamond. My wife loved the idea. In 2 weeks they made ring that looked stunning. My wife gets lots of complements on the ring. Since then we had watch and and bracelet repaired here. Everything was done very professionally and fair priced.

I would warn everyone to stay away from these clowns. When I went to pick up my ring they couldnt find it and I had to wait three days before they found it. When they finally found it I went to pick it up and they switched my diamond to a smaller one. When I confronted them they told me to leave and wouldnt even listen to what I had to say. Im still in shock over the entire experience. Please beware. Crooks
