Best jewelry store with THE best owners. When my husband proposed he purchased my ring from Blue Nile (DONT DO IT!!!!) I took my ring to a local store to get it sized and the process was a THREE week nightmare. I tried to avoid using the insurance on my ring since it meant mailing it out but I began having issues with the small halo diamonds coming out (NEVER purchase jewelry from Blue Nile). After sending my ring off once to have a diamond replaced after two months of owning it, it was returned to me with the "repaired" diamond and prongs noticeably smaller than the other halo diamonds and it was also a lower quality stone. I didnt know what to do when ANOTHER diamond fell out b/c I didnt know who I could trust with my ring. TRAVIS JEWELERS saved the day! I took my ring to them and they took time not only to explain why I was having issues and losing diamonds but also offered to clean my ring and tighten my prongs free of charge even though I didnt purchase the ring there. They explained the setting issues that require more frequent maintenance and any repairs they have made to my ring have withstood the test of time. I refer any and everyone with jewelry issues or needs, anything jewelry at all, to go to Travis. The customer service is exemplary and the work they do is truly an art. They produce high quality pieces and work unlike the big box jewelry stores. Fine jewelry making is nearly a lost art and its people like the Travis who keep it alive. You can see their passion in their work and I feel that they truly understand how precious my ring is to me. I wouldnt entrust it to anyone else. They handcraft so many beautiful styles and pieces. They are even going to rebuild my engagement ring! Dont waste your time elsewhere. GO. TO. TRAVIS. JEWELERS <3 <3 <3

I couldnt be happier with the ring and the service I received at Travis Jewelers! I had an engagement ring and wedding band that no longer fit and after 40 some years was no longer a style I liked. I went to Travis jewelers with a cheap ring that I liked the style of to see if they had anything like it. They did not but said we can make one. Robert asked if I would like my ring incorporated in the new ring. I hadnt thought of that. Within minutes Robert drew out what the ring would look like and had a cost estimate. Kelly explained in detail what the steps involved would be. I was able to see the ring in 3D a week later on the computer to give my approval. The whole process took only three weeks and I have an absolutely gorgeous ring and I couldnt be happier! Great service, beautiful work! Thank you Robert , Kelly and Kelley!

The absolute nicest people ever! I got married on the beach in cape coral . I had the band that I bought from a different place sized there in a day. When I went to pick up the band I was not happy with the ring itself entirely. Both Kelly and Robert were eager to help me out and boy did they ever. My new band was hand made from scratch with hand picked diamonds to match my engagement ring like they were meant to be together. They worked vigorously all day on my ring for me and I got to pick it up the same day! Amazing . My ring is one of a kind and they made me feel like a princess when I walked out of there. Couldnt be more happy!!!! Travis Jewelers took my wedding and and engagement ring, and combined them into one beautiful custom made ring. Its the most stunning ring. I cant keep my eyes off of it. I cried the day I picked it up. I was speechless at the detail and craftsmanship put into my ring. They listened to what I wanted, and my concerns. Highly recommend!! I took my watch to a different jeweler and they not only didnt fix it correctly, they also misplaced it for days! I am SO happy I found Travis Jewelers!! They ended up fixing my watch for a much better price and way faster than the other place I went to. I wish I would have gone to them to begin with but I will definitely be coming here from now on! Beautiful jewelery store with remarkable pieces designed and made here. Very friendly staff. They worked on resizing my watch in just 5 minutes and before their actual opening time!! I almost wish theyd take longer so I could keep looking while I waited, lol. Men, definitely shop here for your wives and girlfriends! These people do excellent work!
