My fiancé and I had been looking around for an engagement ring for quite a while. He was very adiment on the quality of the diamond he purchased and was upset at what other stores called "great" quality. I work really close by so we decided just to pop in on my lunch break one day and I had read a review about how to work with anyone there but ronnie.. So fingers crossed he didn't help us! Well he did & we couldn't have been happier!! He spent time with me trying to make a decision on what style diamond I wanted just to make sure I was 100% sure. Well i went back to work and noticed my fience truck there forever after I had left! When I got hone he proceeded to tell me how impressed he was and that he found our jeweler! Ronnie had spent a lot of time with him after I had left looking under microscopes at different diamonds. He did everything he could to help us & make sure we were happy! Now I pop in just to say hey! If I dont need anything. I recommend paridise to everyone I come in contact with! I even met a lady who told me she works at reeds In the mall & she still buys everything from paradise! Now that says a lot!! GO SEE RONNIE!

I wish I could put into words the appreciation and heartfelt graditude that I have for lou and his staff. I just moved here 2 yrs ago and was at a loss for my jeweler in Charleston, then I met lou by accident. He assured me that he could built the engagement ring that I wanted. Putting faith into a stranger over such an important event was tough for me, after a month of searching for the diamond he and I set out for the setting, the outcome took her breath away. Lous dedication and humbleness made that evening the most special night of her life and for that I am truly in debt to him. After that he embarked on making the wedding bands for us both with the same results. Fellows if your looking for that kind of night for your other half then go see lou, his Signature Series is out of this world and the pricing is the best I have ever found. Our experience with Paradise Jewlers was such a pleasure, that I wanted to take a moment to share with everybody. Lou and Marcia were such great people to deal with, they were patient with us and took the time to sit down and get to know us. I think that they are there not to just turn a buck but to really make the customer feel like they purchased something very important and special. The prices of the store are so reasonable. I was there with my kids, who at times were in a playful mood and they told me "let them be". They had toys in the store for them to play with, and they told me that they were use to it since they have kids of their own. I was in their store just twice and let me tell you something they won me over and I will return whenever I can and give them my business!! Thank you for the experience.

My co-worker recommended Paradise Jewelers when I mentioned that I was looking for an engagement ring. As I walked into Paradise Jewelers for the first time, there was a woman walking out of the store while beaming down at her hand. "Thank you Marcia!" the lady said as she headed out of the door blissfully. At that point I had a hunch that I had come to the right place. And I was right! Marcia was EXTREMELY patient with my indecisive self. Marcia was very helpful and knowledgeable about her products. She helped me choose the perfect ring for my fiance based on my description of my fiance and my budget. Marcia also gave me a crash course in diamonds and ring materials which I felt was very thoughtful. This extra knowledge helped me decide on the ring material itself. I recommend Paradise Jewelers.

Better prices than the mall if thats what your looking for but thats about all. Yes they can make your ring and it be what you want but you will pay more than you should. Also if they think that you are inexperienced they will try to sell you an I cut for the price of a SI1. If you cant see the bottom because of the band you may not know what youre getting. I turned my "SI1" over and looked closely to find 4 inclusions visible to the naked eye. When i showed Marsha she said "no it is an SI1 the jeweler said it was" she pulled out her magnifier and said "oh Im sorry Ill be right back" turns out i was right. Do not let them fool you do your homework before you buy. Im glad i did.

These guys are great! They absolutely bent over backwards to help me. The owner has knowledge and skills in regards to jewelry and watches that you just dont see everyday. The repairs are done in store and not sent out. I was very impressed with everyone that worked there. They are not pushy and work together great as a team. This is the way a business should be. Very caring people who are proud to serve YOU! I would recommend these folks for any need you may have, I suspect if they can do it they will. I never heard the words "I cant or I dont know" Which seems to be the response you get when you ask for something not cookie cutter specific at other places.

I went in because I felt like my ring (purchased elsewhere by my partner) was a little big and I didnt want to say something unless it actually was big. Even though the ring isnt from there, the woman who helped me was super friendly, gave me guidance and helped me understand why I should get a half size down. Then she taught me about the rings for men, what I needed before I went to buy one and why each kind was special. Great service and definitely felt welcomed! Itll be my first stop when I have to start shopping for a wedding ring for my partner, for sure!

I highly recommend this jeweler for honest and quality service. Ronnie and Jordan are very nice and they have handled many re-sizing and repairs on my high end jewelry. Ive purchased and sold a couple of items with them as well... always with great service and value. Workmanship is excellent and I appreciate the "small store" atmosphere and friendly service. They will admit when work is outside their expertise or not worth pursuing. I REALLY appreciate their honesty and will keep coming back here versus overpriced Lacher or Skatell in Greenville.

Paradise Jewelers were very friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable about the jewelery they carried. Their custom made jewelery was second to none. Ronnie was very friendly and made the process so easy. The prices were the best we have seen and felt we got a deal better than anywhere else. The custom made engagement ring made by Lou we bought was the most beautiful setting we have ever seen. Their response and customer service was beyond what was expected. Would recommend highly!!!!
