Great service! I brought in a sentimental stone my wife wanted set in a pendant. I selected the mount and was told it would be in the next day by noon. He called me at 10 AM the next day and told me it was in already. His wife did an absolutely beautiful job of setting the stone. They polished it and even put it in a box for me considering they only sold me the mount. Im very happy not only with the service but especially the skills.

The previous review is full of crap. Chris and Ines are the best very pleasant and they repair every thing on the premises and if they do not have it in their inventory they can make it for you. I love their little dog Athena she is a little sweet heart. I am always suspicious of someone who does not like dogs!!! I have been their customer for over 10 years and I am very happy!

If you are looking for a local, family owned jeweler-I highly recommend Jem Jewelers in Sarasota. They do all repairs at their store, and even while you wait. They were friendly and welcoming and fixed my jewelry quickly! Highly recommend!
