POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I took my wife’s wedding ring in to replace the broken ring guard. I told Beth that I wanted the new guard to be soldered, not lasered. She said it would take 7 days, I asked if it could be done sooner & She said she would try and call me. A week later I got a message that the laser was broken and it would take longer. I went in, picked up the ring & told them I had specifically asked not to laser it. He said If I had asked, it would have been ready in 2 – 3 days.

I love this place. They have so many beautiful and unique pieces. The people are knowlegeable and friendly - (they offer to clean your jewelry while you are browsing!) Ive had jewelry repaired here - and they do a great job.

Ever since my grandparents moved down to Naples and found this store we have only bought jewelry from here. It’s a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for, excellent quality in the materials as well as the craftsmanship.
