A letter sent to customer support... Good evening customer support In 2013, my husband proposed to me at the reeds jewelers in Florence SC at the shopping mall in front of the store manager. My husband and associates picked out a diamond all rounded set with the matching band along with his wedding band with engraved crosses on both sides totaling out at 6800.00. He opened an account with insurances at the time on the whole purchase and paid off the rings. Almost a year after the purchase, my set started to miss diamonds in the band and the ring. I had to take my set to the Gwyneth mall in Brunswick ga closest to Jacksonville Florida almost 6 times to replace the diamond in my set. The manager stated the style ring has a record with corporate of defects in the style and tried to make right on the issue the best as possible. I felt bad repeating this visit because I was getting depressed of the situation because I love this ring. I had to put the ring away for a while due to fear of the same incident of diamonds popping out of my set. I take extremely good care of my set but I love this style. Now my husbands band is cracked in the bottom and the ring is cutting off his circulation to where he cant wear his band for a long period of time. I am feeling like your company took our 6800.00 and destroyed my dream of having a diamond ring to cherish for the rest of my life. No bride should experience this kind of nightmare. These wedding sets are supposed to last long term. Its not like everyday someone can just pay 6800.00 and say its ok we can make due and pay extra for someone else to resolve the problem. The store in Georgia done a great job trying to make this problem right...However, my husband and I are disgusted by the quality and the waste of money on poor quality set we are wearing at this time. How would you feel walking around with a cluster ring and a diamond is missing out of it??? When you look at your spouse he cant even wear the band because the quality of the band is not made to its name??? We have endured this nightmare long enough. When I spoke with the store an associate told us they will take back the ring but we would have to pay the difference for another style because the value of my style ring was popular??? After my husband just paid 6800.00??? No we will not be in convinced anymore. I am the bride and my husband has been ripped off of our dream. And I will not wear this flawed ring no longer. I ask that your company make this right...this is very sad and stressful because I loved this ring and I tried to compromise but I shouldnt have to being the customer. If you guys fail to replace all rings under my husbands account due to the poor quality and inconvenience of traveling back and forth to Georgia for a horrible wedding set and a waste of out money, I will be left with no choice but to contact the military installments and let them know not to purchase faulty products from your company, contact my local news investigation channel to inform the public about our experience and have my relative who practices business law to file a lawsuit against your company for punitive damages and the money spent on the purchase on my husbands active account, last but not least contact the better business Bureau and file a complaint with them about our purchase then tell my story and show my followers on my social media our rings and tell our testimony about our wedding sets and getting duped on something special that was ruined since 2013. I dont want to go there but we shouldnt have to spend another dime when you pay good money for a great memory leading to a great marriage.

I recently purchased my wife a new ring as a surprise for her birthday. I couldnt find my wifes other rings to get the right size, and I couldnt slip off her existing ring to get a soap impression, either. Then I had the bright idea of sneaking in while she lay sleeping and slip a string around her finger to get a good guess that way. All I accomplished was startling her and making her scream. Her scream was so loud it woke the rest of the house up, freaking them out too. I told her I was just bending to give her a kiss when she awoke. Honestly, she scared me as much as I scared her! Anyway, there went any chance of covertly obtaining her ring size (she had a hard time getting back to sleep the rest of the night). Inevitably, the night came to give the ring, and sadly, it was too large. I promised her I would get it sized ASAP. Come Monday, I phoned around town and every jewelery store I spoke with had a 1-2 week turn-around. No bueno. I walked in to Reeds, since I was in the area and had done business with them in the past. Around ten years ago, actually. I asked about sizing and turn-around and they were sad to inform me that their jeweler had picked up that morning and I missed out on it for a couple of days. I was disheartened. Then, Patrick (Store Manager) offered to run my ring to the jeweler on his lunch break, have it back to me and ready to go at 6pm THE SAME DAY. How awesome is that?! Oh, you should know that I didnt even buy the ring there. If they would do that for me, then I can only imagine what they would do for someone who purchased the jewelry there, too. I cant speak highly enough about my experience. Patrick and Brandy were friendly, courteous, professional, and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met, above and beyond what any other jeweler in town could/would do for me. Thank you so very much, I truly appreciate it.

On a recent visit to the area I needed to have some links removed from a bracelet style watch I received from my father. I encountered Reeds Jewelers and spoke with Patrick and Leeah. The two of them couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. They offered my wife and I a beverage to go along with the cheese, fruit and crackers they had placed out for their guests. As Patrick sized my wrist, I also realized the watch needed a new battery. In less than 3 minutes he had removed the links and replaced the watch battery. It was an amazing display as all the while he was working on my watch he was also engaging me in conversation. The capper was when he was done and I asked him, how much he said no charge. Being from Chicago this is unheard of. He just asked that if I was ever considering a new purchase that I give him a call. I will certainly do that as I need to replace my wifes wedding ring and Reeds will be the first place I call. Thanks to all who made our visit such an enjoyable one. If youre in the area, you have to visit them. Cheers!

So to give you guys a little bit of the backstory I purchased a solar powered G-Shock watch from Reeds jeweler probably two years ago. I got the watch with the metal screws on the face of the watch. Those metal screws kept getting detached and I would have to send the watch back into G-Shock for it to be fixed. After about three or four times of the screws falling out the manager Patrick said he is going to try to contact G-Shock and get me a new watch. Patrick was able to work out a deal with the G-Shock regional rep. Patrick was able to get me a new G-Shock range man watch to substitute for the solar powered watch that I kept having issues with. Patrick is very accommodating and very professional in taking care of his customers. If I could give a six star rating I could.
